Britney Spears let her fans in on the trials of undergoing laser treatment on her face for the first time - and changing her hair color.
The 42-year-old pop star posted an Instagram video in which she showed off her luxurious locks, which she recently had dyed white blonde.
In her caption, the Toxic singer explained that she regrets the new hairdo and is about to have it changed to one she prefers.
'I haven’t been really good with my self-care… I haven’t done my nails in two months and I did my first ever laser treatment for my face only a week ago,' she spilled. 'It kinda hurt though… not a fan…'
As for her hair color, the Womanizer hitmaker revealed: 'I always wanted my hair white blonde, and well, I did it and I absolutely hate it…'

With sand clinging to her skin and her blonde hair cascading down her shoulders, the mom-of-two splashed gleefully in the wat er.ÂÂ
She also shared a multi-slide text post about her vacation, revealing her favorite part of it was being 'naked in the water.'ÂÂ
Elsewhere in the post the star â€Â" who was freed from her 13-year conservatorship in 2021 â€Â" admitted that she wants to be open about her struggles, but is afraid that what she has to say will be 'too offensive' to share online.ÂÂ

'There are a lot of other things that happened on this trip that I'm not sharing as well,' she wrote.
'Nothing is what it seems sometimes!!! I portray that everything is completely perfect but trust me I’ve been through it as well and I would share those struggles but they are too offensive to share.'
She continued: 'It could make other people extremely sad and honestly there's not a damn thing I can do about it so just know my life is not as perfect as it seems... and remember my beautiful friends you're not alone.'ÂÂ

She titled her text post 'Summary of my trip', writing on the first slide, 'Going to the gym is never what is seems!!! I say I'm gonna go hard.... But I always walk for 20 min and do 100 sit up's and leave!!! This time I chewed gum and was shocked at how short I looked the in the mirror.'
She went on: 'Riding bikes with my friend honestly seemed like a great idea... but I went too far and got lost!!! When finding my way back I went to play tennis!!!! I thought I lost my phone but it was under a ladder!!! I know a lot of people make fun of me because I use a ring light... but I like using it SO I bought 3 new bathing suits for this trip!!! Only one really resonates with me!!!'

Britney's long post continued, as she wrote: 'The coolest thing that I posted is when I actually really f****d up and messed up with a screen shot and accidentally put red all over it!!! The back of my neck is written in Hebrew extremely tiny... Mem Hei Shin... it means the power to heal!!! It comes from the 72 names of God in Kabbalah which I studied a long time ago!!!'
