Britney Spears reportedly has no plans to reunite with her estranged sons before they move to Hawaii with her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

According to sources, the pop star's teenage sons, Sean Preston, 17 and Jayden James, 16 are planning to leave their home in California later this week with their father, stepmother Victoria Prince and their half-siblings - all without saying goodbye to their mother. Britney has been estranged from her sons for a year, with reports claiming that "communication between them began to dwindle by the end of the summer 2022". Her sons also missed her wedding to new husband Sam Asghari in June last year.

Now, Britney's ex, Kevin, who she was married to from 2004 to 2007, is planning on renting a place in the paradisal location while he and his family search from a permanent home.

An insider told TMZ Kevin was "relieved" that Britney did not "fight the move in court," adding that: "He feels she did the right thing by allowing the boys to relocate to Hawaii."

Despite being in little contact, the source previously shared that there had been "occasional texts" between the Gimme More singer and her sons, but they distanced themselves from their mother due to her frequent nude Instagram posts. Speaking to the Daily Mail, Jayden explained that he believes Britney didn't show his sibling an equal amount of love that he was given.

Her youngest son, Jayden said there's "no hate" (

He told the publication: "I think Mom has struggled giving us both attention and showing us equal love; I don’t think she showed enough to Preston, and I feel really bad for that."

He stressed that there was "no hate" between them but admitted that it would "take a lot of time and effort' to repair their fractured relationship." Jayden added: "I 100% think this can be fixed. It's just going to take a lot of time and effort. I just want her to get better mentally. When she gets better I really want to see her again."

Britney Spears hints at collab with former One Direction star as she announces new project

Britney Spears has been busy lately, releasing a tune with Black Eyed Peas' Will.i.am and creating her memoir, but she's also teased several other projects could be on the way

Britney posted to social media

Hot on the heels of her new song with Will.i.am, Britney Spears has hinted at another huge collaboration.

Taking to Instagram, the songstress, 41, shared a snap of former One Direction star Zayn Malik playing the piano. She captioned the post: "I've never played on RED!!!" as the image showed the 30-year-old playing the red instrument with a matching coloured hat on top of it.

Fans weren't able to share their excitement at the potential link-up however as the Baby One More Time singer turned off the option to comment. It did however come after she had revealed she was busy with a another "little project" in her Instagram Stories.

The now-deleted post seemingly gave fans a sneak peek into what is next for the star following her collaboration with The Voice judge and former Black Eyed Peas man Will.i.am. It read: "Whose readyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!! Had to do the yyyyyyy because for some reason my sister does that on her gram!!!!!!"

While the upload didn't include any sound, there were three stories which appeared to share lines from a poem that could be an address of her 13-year conservatorship. One of the lines read: "In the middle or did you get 'em?/The thieves are little/They serve little skittles/The pain no walk/We say when you talk."

She is also planning to release her tell-all memoir, although the release date has had to be pushed back several months. There were said to be concerns about possible litigation from Justin Timberlake and Colin Farrell as parts of the popstar's book were reported to include claims about each of the men. An insider went on to say that unless Britney removed these statements, lawyers would pursue the case.

This apparently led to her making a difficult decision about how she wanted to proceed with publication. The content of these claims is yet to be revealed, but it was thought to be enough to raise a red flag to both Timberlake and Farrell's teams.

An insider told The Sun last week: "Lawyers demanded to see her book in advance and were adamant that some of the revelations were removed. There are still plenty of gobsmacking tales but Timberlake and Farrell were conscious about what could be said about them."

Thankfully, the source claimed that any tension has since subsided and following much back and forth, the parties have agreed on what can and can't be included. Now, "her autobiography is all ready to go," the insider revealed.

What’s Going on With Britney Spears’s Memoir?

'The Woman In Me' will hit shelves this fall.

Kevin Winter/Getty Images

Slated to hit shelves this fall on October 24, Britney Spears's upcoming memoir, The Woman in Me, is already making headlines. Weeks ago, People announced the book's release date on July 12, to much excitement.

"Britney's compelling testimony in open court shook the world, changed laws, and showed her inspiring strength and bravery," Jennifer Bergstrom, Gallery Books' Senior Vice President and Publisher, told People. "I have no doubt her memoir will have a similar impact — and will be the publishing event of the year. We couldn't be more proud to help her share her story at last."

And though The Sun reported that fans could have gotten their hands on the autobiography much sooner, alleging that Justin Timberlake and Colin Farrell's respective legal teams got involved and demanded to read the book before it was published, The Daily Mail refutes the claims, citing insiders that said that nothing of the sort happened.  According to Daily Mail sources, the insider noted that there were "no legal threats from Justin or Colin."

Spears famously dated Timberlake from 1999 to 2002, long after the two appeared on The Mickey Mouse Club together in 1992. They were both riding high at the time, dominating the TRL countdown and the Billboard charts while offering up some of the most memorable memes of all time, including their now-infamous all-denim look at the 2001 American Music Awards. Spears was linked to Farrell in 2003, but they never officially announced that they were an item.

And while rumors abound, one thing's for sure: There is a whole lot of anticipation for Spears's new book.

With a fall date set (Oct. 24), it seems that everyone managed to keep things in line. Gallery Books, Spears's publisher, describes The Woman In Me as "a brave and astonishingly moving story about freedom, fame, motherhood, survival, faith, and hope."

Britney Spears Fans Have Theories About The New “Little Project” She Teased

Book clubs everywhere are already poised for Britney Spears' upcoming memoir, but they might have even more to discuss than planned. Just weeks after announcing The Woman in Me hits shelves this fall, the singer mysteriously offered a "tease ... for a little project on the way," in a series of three Instagram stories on July 29. "[Who's] readyyyyyyyyyyyyyy !!!" Spears wrote, explaining she used extra y's "because for some reason my sister [Jamie Lynn Spears] does that on her gram." In the same style as her book announcement, the Grammy winner's posts included prose that some fans tho ught might be a poem, while others theorized it could be new song lyrics addressing her terminated 13-year conservatorship, or even her first memoir excerpt.

Beginning with a slide that read, "I never cried not one time / I worked 10 hours a day / 4 months a slave," the first post continued, "No door for a room and watched me changed, watched me shower / But each week I got flowers from a grocery store." Then Spears, who changed her Instagram name to "Maria River Red," mentioned her family directly, asking, "Is this even legal?" and adding, "No days off / And my family knows so low / so low / so low / My family says so / Watched me bathe, sit down behave / We ask the questions / We're here to save you / Save me from what?"

One fan, who compiled Spears' posts into one Twitter video, wrote, "If these are song lyrics… I will be shook. [Britney Spears] you are so powerful. Get your Justice!" While others guessed the pop princess was previewing a new single to accompany her memoir, another user chimed in, "Honestly, I feel with all that's happened to her that she could create a 'Blackout 2.0' type of album…..and I'd be here for it!" Others remained convinced Spears was sharing a heartbreaking poem that she intends to publish.

Either way, Spears has already teased that The Woman in Me, which is slated for an Oct. 24 release, is an opportunity to finally share her own point of view. Promising to reveal "for the first time her incredible journey (and) strength," the memoir further "illuminates the enduring power of music and love — and the importance of a woman telling her own story, on her own terms," according to a press release from Gallery Books. The Woman in Me is "a brave and astonishingly moving story about freedom, fame, motherhood, survival, faith, and hope," the publisher noted.

"Britney's compelling testimony in open court shook the world, changed laws, and showed her inspiring strength and bravery," Gallery Books senior vice president and publisher Jennifer Bergstrom told People while unveiling the book's cover art on July 12. "I have no doubt her memoir will have a similar impact — and will be the publishing event of the year. We couldn't be more proud to help her share her story at last."

Those aren't the only surprises Spears has gifted fans this summer, either. On July 21, she and Black Eyed Peas frontman Will.i.am dropped their new single, "Mind Your Business," already prompting several fans to declare, "The princess of pop is back."

Britney Spears' memoir gets release date

Britney Spears' memoir, "The Woman in Me" will be released on Oct. 24, its publisher announced, after more than a year of speculation about its publication.

The memoir reveals the pop star's "incredible journey" and strength, according to Gallery Books, which is an imprint of Simon & Schuster. Simon & Schuster is a division of CBS News' parent company, Paramount.

In 2021, the pop star gave an emotional plea in court to end her conservatorship, which was put in place nearly 14 years earlier. Spears accused her father, who was her conservator for several of those years, of mistreatment and called the conservatorship, which had all of her financial and medical decisions being handled by others, "abusive," saying it left her feeling "bullied" and "alone."

During a lengthy legal battle – and a campaign by fans dubbed the "Free Britney" movement – a judge granted Spears and her legal team a win. She was free from the conservatorship.

Many fans gathered outside of the courthouse where Spears gave her testimony in June 2021 and listened to the star's prepared speech about why her conservatorship should end.

"The impact of sharing her voice—her truth—was undeniable, and it changed the course of her life and the lives of countless others," the website for her new book reads.

"Written with remarkable candor and humor, Spears's groundbreaking book illuminates the enduring power of music and love—and the importance of a woman telling her own story, on her own terms, at last. "

Spears had teased the idea that she would write a book on social media. In January 2022, Spears posted a photo of a typewriter, captioning the post: "Shall I start from THE BEGINNING???" leading fans to speculate a book was coming.

In February 2022, multiple outlets reported Simon & Schuster was paying Spears $15 million for the book following a bidding war. The book is already available for pre-order.

Britney Spears Teases A ‘Little Project’ With Possible Song Lyrics

Singer Britney Spears has a new project up her sleeves!

This has been a busy month for the pop star. After announcing the release of her new memoir, "The Woman In Me," this October, the singer also released her second collaboration since her conservatorship ended: "Mind Your Business" with will.i.am. Fans have been looking forward to a career comeback, and it looks the pop star is ready for the same!

Britney Spears Teases A 'Little Project' … With Estranged Sister Jamie Lynn Spears?

On Thursday night, the "Hold Me Closer" singer took to Instagram to share a video that contained the following lyrics:

"In the middle or did you get 'em?

The thieves are little, They serve like Skittles

The pain no walk, we say when you talk

The pain no walk, we say when you talk

My feet, Jesus tell me why

You know how I move when I'm alive

They took my feet demoralized

Emphasized by face, they wanted my mind

We want to see your face

We want to see your face

I want attention at my pace

And have a car, and leave this place

I never cried not one time

I worked 10 hours a day

4 months a slave

No days off and no you can't play"

In the caption, Britney wrote, "A tease 😈 for a little project on the way !!!!!! Whose readyyyyyyyyyyyyyy !!! Had to do the yyyyyyyy because for some reason my sister does that on her gram !!!!!! Love 💕 y'all !!!"

The pop star has since made up with her estranged sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, who recently made her return in "Zoey 102," which is now available to stream on Peacock. Although Jamie Lynn said "I don't know" when asked if she would share the stage with Britney again, will.i.am revealed that Britney is an "idea factory" and teased that she had a "plethora" of unreleased music that her fans would be grateful to hear.

After the release of "Mind Your Business," the Black Eyed Peas frontman sat down with TMZ Live, saying that he has "always loved working with Britney" following the pop duo's fourth collaboration together. He went on to call her an "idea factory" and revealed that she came up with a brand new song while they were still working together on "Mind Your Business."

"She gave this idea," he continued. "I was like, 'Wow, wow, wait, you can't just throw this away in this song. This is a whole song within itself.' She has ideas and an idea factory. I could only imagine that Britney is sitting on a plethora of songs that she's done with different producers. I'm pretty sure her and Pharrell probably have stuff that was unreleased."

"I'm pretty sure that she has to have… no artist that is that prolific, that's an idea machine, doesn't have a plethora of song," he continued. "The moment she goes in the studio and focuses on a record, you know it's going to be earth shattering. I just, it's going to be earth scattering because there's not that many people that have been through what she's been through that is going to help folks that having similar situations."

Although he does not know what Britney plans to do next career-wise, he speculated, "Maybe she's going to want to dig in the path, but maybe, just maybe, she's going to want to start fresh. But whatever it is, it's going to be amazing. I know it."

In a separate interview with Extra, the Grammy winner praised Britney's legacy in the pop industry.  "The icons, growing up in the 90s – Michael Jackson and Prince — these pop icons, that was like if you grew up in the '80s and '90s, those were the ones," he said. "You know — Madonna, Michael Jackson, Prince, Lionel Richie. And then, in the late '90s, 2000, you had, like, the Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC… Britney was the shining star for a new generation of a pop star."

will.i.am also called Britney "one of the nicest, dearest people in our industry, adding, "And working with her is always a joy. And it's an honor and a pleasure to have worked with her in the past and work with her now."

Britney Spears’s New Single Tackles What’s Going On In Her Life…Sort Of

After a nearly year-long musical hiatus, pop sensation Britney Spears has made her highly-anticipated return with her latest single, "Mind Your Business," featuring frequent collaborator Will.I.Am from the Black Eyed Peas. While the track may not have lived up to everyone's expectations, it does touch upon a theme that is all too familiar to the star: the constant scrutiny and invasion of her privacy by the rest of the world.

"Mind Your Business" may not have a specific narrative, but it subtly delves into the ongoing battle that Spears has faced with paparazzi and the public's fascination with her every move. This isn't new territory for the singer, but it remains as timely as ever, given her recent struggles in her personal life.

More than a year ago, Spears finally succeeded in ending the conservatorship that had controlled her life for over a decade. While that chapter may be closed, her troubles are far from over, as tabloids now report on a potential estrangement in her relationship with her two sons. With her upcoming memoir, The Woman In Me, slated for release later in 2023, it's likely that Spears will address many of these issues more directly.

While "Mind Your Business" doesn't explicitly delve into these personal problems, the mere suggestion of it does play a significant role in the tune’s potential success. Interest in everything connected to the pop icon remains incredibly high, even if it means invading her privacy. By titling the song something that alludes to her ongoing feud with the public and the media, Spears and Will.I.Am generated plenty of curiosity about the track before it arrived.

The two musicians are well aware of the attention machine surrounding Spears, and it seems they were attempting to feed into it with "Mind Your Business." Had Spears released a love song or a party anthem, it would undoubtedly still have garnered interest. But the fact that she appears to be taking a stand against the paparazzi and the constant spotlight elevates the intrigue to a new level, and every little bit helps when it comes to promoting a new track.

It's essential to note that generating interest and attention doesn't guarantee that "Mind Your Business" will be an instant hit. While the song may have piqued the curiosity of millions, that initial surge of interest might not translate into widespread acclaim and success once people actually listen to the electro-pop tune. Nevertheless, the decision to touch on something timely that resonates with her audience is undoubtedly a smart creative choice for Spears and Will.I.Am.

Kylie Jenner Reveals Connection To Britney Spears Over Paparazzi Photos

When the first season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians premiered in 2007, Kylie Jenner was just 9 years old, which means she and sister Kendall have lived most of their lives in front of the cameras. There's no doubt they — along with their Kardashian sisters — have benefited personally and professionally from the fame that reality TV brought them, but on the Season 3 finale of The Kardashians, the two youngest siblings of the pop culture dynasty got real about some of the terrible treatment they had to endure at the hands of the paparazzi while growing up, and Kylie likened the experience to what Britney Spears went through.

Kylie Jenner was discussing some of the rumors about her dating life that had been circulating, while out on a walk with Kendall Jenner and Scott Disick. This led to a conversation about one of the more unpleasant experiences she had with a photographer when she was still a teenager. Kylie recalled:

I remember when I was 19, I was wearing this colorful dress, and as I'm getting in the car, the [paparazzo dives, his] stomach's on the ground, gets his camera up my skirt and takes a picture. I'm literally so violated. I'm crying in the car, I'm stressed out the whole night, the whole next day. Like this photo of my vagina is going to come out. Now I understand why this happens to other women — like the Britney Spears situation and shit.

That is truly disgusting behavior from the photographer, and it's hard to imagine that this is what Kylie Jenner, Britney Spears and other young women have had to deal with on a regular basis when going out in public. Jenner continued, saying the photo did, in fact, get sold to the press. She said:

The photo came out on Daily Mail. You can see my underwear a little bit, in between my legs. And the caption was like, 'Kylie, with little dignity,' you know, like 'with little respect for herself.' Like you didn't fully just violate me.

The Hulu documentary Framing Britney Spears raised awareness of that kind of behavior and how the paparazzi treated Britney Spears at the height of her career, even interviewing Daniel Ramos, the photographer who in 2007 provoked her into attacking his SUV with an umbrella when she was in the middle of a mental health crisis. Days before that she had grabbed a razor and shaved her head as paparazzi snapped photos. These actions were part of what resulted in the conservatorship that stripped her of her freedom for 13 years.

On The Kardashians episode, Kendall and Kylie Jenner also recalled other tactics they've had to deal with, including being 16 years old and having the paparazzi yell "the meanest things" at them, to try to get a reaction. They said the photographers would yell, "Hey, little sluts!" and ask when they were going to get naked and have a sex tape like sister Kim Kardashian.

No matter how rich or famous somebody is, this seems to cross a line, and hopefully through what we've learned from Britney Spears' situation and stories like this from Kylie Jenner can help change what has been accepted in the past. The Kardashians is available for streaming with a Hulu subscription, and also be sure to check out our 2023 TV schedule to see what premieres are coming soon.

Britney Spears & Sam Asghari Are Reportedly Not on the Same Page When It Comes To Having a Baby: ‘Britney Really Wants Kids’

Babies are on the brain for Britney Spears, but her husband Sam Asghari reportedly does not feel the same. An insider told Us Weekly this week that the 41-year-old popstar "really wants kids in the near future, but Sam isn't so sure." They added that the 29-year-old feels like his life is "very full right […]

Britney Spears Shared A Fiery Poem About Her Family And Conservatorship To Tease ‘A Little Project On The Way’

The big Britney Spears news of the moment (aside from her recent collaboration with will.i.am) is that her long-awaited memoir, The Woman In Me, is on the way. Fans may remember, though, that at one point, Spears was also working on a poetry book. Well, it looks like that project may still be alive, as Spears just shared a new poem and indicated it's part of a larger forthcoming project.

She captioned her Instagram post from last night (July 27), "A tease [smiling devil emoji] for a little project on the way !!!!!! Whose readyyyyyyyyyyyyyy !!! Had to do the yyyyyyyy because for some reason my sister does that on her gram !!!!!! Love [hearts emoji] y'all !!!"

The poem is then presented as a text slideshow video, and it addresses her conservatorship and family. Some lines address conservatorship complains Spears has voiced before, like this excerpt: "We want to see your face / We want to see your face / I want attention at my pace / And have a car, and leave this place / I never cried not one time / I worked 10 hours a day / 4 months a slave / No days off, and no you can't play / No door for a room and watched me / changed, watched me shower / But each week I got flowers / from a grocery store / To show color adored to feel young again / and maybe more."

Britney Spears’ ‘Toxic’ hits 1 billion streams on Spotify 20 years after release

Britney Spears is now in the 1 billion streams club.

The former teen pop idol just scored her first billion-streaming song on Spotify with 2003′s "Toxic."

The song joins other chart-toppers including Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" from 1987, Olivia Rodrigo's "Driver's License" from 2021 and Taylor Swift's "Anti-Hero" from last year.

Spotify generally pays between $.003 and $.005 per stream, according to Business Insider. That means it can take more than 300 streams to earn just $1, while 1 billion streams can equal between $3 million and $5 million in royalties.

"Toxic" was the second release from Spears' 2003 album, "In the Zone." The single was a global hit, peaking at No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100. Originally offered to Kylie Minogue — who turned it down — Toxic" scored Spears her only Grammy Award, for best dance recording in 2005.

Spears' Spotify milestone comes on the heels of her new song, "Mind Your Business," which was released last Friday. Black Eyed Peas founder will.i.am produced and is featured on the up-tempo, pop-synth tune, which followed the announcement of her forthcoming memoir, "The Woman in Me," set to hit shelves Oct. 24.

The "Oops! … I Did It Again" singer reportedly signed a $15 million book deal last year, her first full year out of her nearly 13-year conservatorship.

Kylie Jenner Relates To Britney Spears As She Recalls Paparazzi Sticking Camera Up Her Dress

View gallery

The July 27 episode of The Kardashians featured Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner meeting up with Scott Disick to catch up. The trio discussed the latest Internet rumor that Kylie was dating her best friend, Anastasia Karanikolaou because they posted photos of themselves kissing. "I always makeout with Stas," Kylie insisted, to which Kendall added, "A lot of best girlfriends do that."

It sparked a greater conversation, though, about how much the media has attacked Kendall and Kylie over the years. "I remember when I was 19 and I was wearing this colorful dress. As I was getting in the car, the [paparazzo] stomachs on the ground, gets his camera up my skirt and takes a picture," Kylie recalled. "I'm literally so violated. I'm crying in the car, I'm stressed out the whole night and next day. The photo of my vagina is going to come out."

Kylie then admitted that going through that helped her understand what other celebrities have gone through in similar situations. "Now I understand why this happens to women — like the Britney Spears situation and s***," she said. "The photo came out and you can see my underwear a little bit between my legs. And the caption was like, 'Kylie with little dignity,' [as if] I had little respect for myself. [As if] you didn't fully just violate ME?!"

Luckily, Kylie has been able stay confident and true to herself, despite all she's dealt with in the public eye. "I'm surprised I'm still a happy, normal person after everything I've been through," she admitted. "But I think honestly having a family going through the same thing…we have a great support system.

Kendall and Kylie were preteens when their family got famous from their reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and they quite literally grew up in the public eye. "When we were 16 they used to follow Kendall and I and try to get a reaction out of us," Kylie added. "What did they used to say?" Kendall chimed in, recalling, "'Are you a wh*** just like your sister?!' We were 16 years old."

The ladies also remembered being called "sl***," and being asked if they were going to "have a sex tape" like Kim Kardashian. "I'm a virgin a the time. It couldn't be more opposite to who I am as a person," Kendall shared. "But, you know, I think we grew into really decent people through all the weird, s***** things we've seen or experienced through our lives. But shame on that f****** loser."

Cardi B jumped on the remix to Latto's "Put It On Da Floor" and name-dropped pop queen Britney Spears.

"N***a, cry for what?/ B***h, these are Denim Tears/ I'm sexy dancing in the house/ I feel like Britney Spears," she raps.

Spears often releases clips of her dancing in different rooms throughout her home. In her latest video posted on Monday, the pop icon and her husband Sam Asghari d onned complimentary brown ensembles while playing with their dogs and kissing in front of the camera.

The clip's soundtrack featured part of Cardi B's verse mentioned above, which appeared to be Spears' digital stamp of approval.

In 2019, Cardi B opened up about being a fan of the 41-year-old singer. She expressed her support when Entertainment Tonight asked how she felt about Spears checking herself into rehab.

"I'm a very big Britney Spears fan. I love you and I totally understand, fame will totally drive you insane," she said.

Spears' iconic career began in 1992 when she was cast in the 1990's revival of The Mickey Mouse Club. The ensemble cast also included Justin Timberlake, Ryan Gosling and Christina Aguilera.

During her active years, Spears earned six No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 and scored 14 top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, including "…Baby One More Time," "Womanizer," "I'm a Slave 4 U" and "Toxic."

Between 2007 and 2008, Spears went through a highly publicized breakdown. Images of her shaving her head in a salon and attempting to hit car windows with an umbrella were on the front pages of tabloids worldwide.

Due to the stress of divorcing her then-husband Kevin Federline, Spears checked herself into rehab. She returned to music shortly after her but was under the watchful eye of her father due to a court-approved conservatorship that lasted for 13 years.

According to US Magazine, her father Jamie Spears and attorney Andrew Wallet were responsible for making all major personal and financial decisions on behalf of the singer.

In 2021, a judge brought the 13-year conservatorship to an end, taking control away from Jamie. During court hearings, Spears expressed that she was ready to get her life back.

"The main reason why I'm here is because I want to end the conservatorship without being evaluated," she said. "I just want my life back. It's been 13 years, and it's enough."

Britney Spears Allegedly Assaulted by Member of Victor Wembanyama's Spurs Security

Legendary pop star Britney Spears reportedly filed a police report Wednesday after allegedly getting struck by a San Antonio Spurs security team member who was escorting Victor Wembanyama in Las Vegas.

According to TMZ Sports, Spears and her husband approached the 2023 No. 1 overall pick in hopes of getting a photo with him at Catch restaurant in the ARIA Hotel, but when she tapped Wembanyama on the shoulder, the Spurs' director of team security allegedly backhanded her, knocking Spears to the floor.

Spears reportedly accepted an apology from the security director, but her security team filed a police report on the grounds of battery nonetheless.

Wembanyama addressed the situation with reporters Thursday, saying he didn't see what happened and didn't even know it was Spears until several hours later:

Spears also released a statement on Twitter:

Per TMZ, Spears is a fan of Wembanyama and approached him for a photo after recognizing him. As part of his apology, the Spurs security director reportedly suggested that he didn't realize who Spears was at first, saying, "You understand how it is when you're being swarmed by fans."

TMZ reported there is a criminal investigation ongoing, and the case is "likely" to be referred to the district attorney.

Wembanyama, a 19-year-old, 7'5" center from France, is viewed as the NBA's next massive star after putting up impressive numbers for Metropolitans 92 in the French LNB Pro A league.

Despite his age, Wembanyama averaged 21.6. points and 10.4 rebounds per game, making him one of the biggest slam-dunk first overall draft picks in recent memory.

The Spurs lucked out by winning the draft lottery, giving them their third opportunity in franchise history to potentially select a generational big man with the No. 1 overall pick.

San Antonio previously used the top pick on David Robinson (1987) and Tim Duncan (1997), which led directly to each of the five championships in franchise history.

Spears, 41, is widely regarded as one of the biggest musicians in the world over the past 25 years.

The Grammy Award-winning singer burst onto the scene in 1999 with her debut album ...Baby One More Time, and over the next 15 years she delivered numerous No. 1 hits.

Britney Spears Says She Woke Up Recently Thinking She Was Pregnant: ‘I’m So Nauseous’

Even the stars have false alarms. Take it from Britney Spears, who revealed she recently woke up on vacation feeling so nauseous, she genuinely suspected she was pregnant.

After 'Mind Your Business,' What Do Britney Spears' Fans Want From the…

07/26/2023

"It's the first year I've been able to drink alcohol so my trip to Mexico with all the amazing food and wine was unbelievable !!!" she wrote Tuesday (July 25) in an Instagram post. "I'm really into juicing and the heat makes me coo coo so I have to really watch what I put in my mouth … let's be honest it's confusing. Staying in all day with the air conditioner seems like the practical common sense thing to do but I've felt caged up my whole life !!!"

"I will be honest I woke up this morning and thought I was pregnant because I'm so nauseous but I think it's the sun," added Spears, who's married to her 29-year-old former backup dancer Sam Asghari.

The 41-year-old "Toxic" singer is already mom to sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, whom she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline. Her post comes a little over a year after she and Asghari, who tied the knot in June 2023, released a joint statement explaining that one month after they announced they were expecting their first baby together, Spears had suffered a miscarriage.

"It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that we have lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy," they wrote at the time. "This is a devastating time for any parent… Our love for each other is our strength. We will continue trying to expand our beautiful family."

But while there's no new baby news on the horizon yet, Spears is fresh off the release of her first original single since 2016, a dance pop duet with will.i.am called "Mind Your Business." The pair first started working on the song years ago, and revisited the track earlier this year upon deciding that the time was finally right to drop it.

The pop star also just announced that her highly anticipated, multimillion-dollar memoir, The Woman in Me, is finally set to arrive later this year — Oct. 24, to be exact. "I'm so excited… can't wait to share this new with you all!!!!" she told fans of the project shortly before the announcement.

Britney Spears Is All-In On Fasting And Took A Big Shot At Her Family While Explaining Why

One of the best things about social media is being able to follow celebrities and find out the random things they're into. Right now for Britney Spears, that random thing is fasting. She's dropped multiple posts in the last week about how into fasting and/ or juicing she is, and during her last reference to it, she took a completely unprovoked shot at her family in explaining why she's talking about it so openly.

Spears has been traveling a lot lately, and as part of that, spending time in the sun. In fact, the heat got her so nauseous recently that she thought she might be pregnant. Well, to help counteract all that heat, she's been fasting. She recently explained how it was making her feel "better and more clear" and recommended the same thing for anyone who isn't feeling well or is having ill-effects from the sun. She posted about the book The Transformative Power Of Fasting: The Way To Spiritual, Physical And Emotional Rejuvenation by Stephen Harrod Buhner, which she's apparently been reading. Yesterday, she followed up again with an explanation of why she's talking so much about her new routine, and while she was explaining, she took a very direct swipe at her family. Here's her quote…

A week with my fasting book 📕 and things have turned around 🙈🙈👍🏼 !!! I love sharing and telling the truth because if I said sorry we lied like my family does … I wouldn't be able to touch the hearts of so many GOOD PEOPLE 🙊 !!!

Six months ago, the shot at her family wouldn't have surprised any fans, given she was in the middle of a lawsuit with her father and had posted very negative things on social about her mother and sister. Right now, however, she seems to be in a very different place. She went to visit her sister on the set of her new project and spoke very positively about the experience. Her mom came to visit her, and she took to social to talk about how meaningful it was. There seem to still be problems with her father, but on the whole, things appeared to be moving in the right direction.

And maybe they still are. Sometimes family is a lot of two steps forward and one step back, and we shouldn't necessarily assume that Spears taking such a public shot at her family is an indication that there's not still forward progress being made in their relationship. Some of that mistrust will likely always be there given the conservatorship, and it'll likely still come up and now and again, even if they're in a healthier place.

Regardless, Britney Spears seems to be in a pretty happy place right now, and she's apparently also happy with her body. She credited the fasting with helping her look her best and dropped a video to show off her figure that went along with the caption quoted earlier in the article. You can check it out below…

It's unclear what Britney is planning to do next or where she might travel to, but thankfully, I'm sure she'll keep us updated on all her exciting adventures via social media.

Two of Britney Spears' A-List Exes Alleged Delayed Her Tell-All Memoir Due to Legal Concerns

Fans waiting to get their hands on Britney Spears' upcoming memoir will have to blame two of her exes for a reported four month delay as their lawyers are reportedly contesting some of the book's claims. The beloved pop star is set to release her tell-all autobiography, The Woman In Me on October 24 but the book is already off to a rocky start, according to claims.

The Sun reports that a lawyer representing both Justin Timberlake and Colin Farrell, two of the singer's most famous exes during the 2000s, threatened to sue the Toxic singer, 41, if intimate details about their romances were revealed. "Lawyers demanded to see her book in advance and were adamant that some of the revelations were removed," a source alleged. "There are still plenty of gobsmacking tales but Justin and Colin were conscious ab out what could be said about them." The source claims there was plenty of back and forth which slowed the process down by four months.

Timberlake, perhaps Spears' most high-profile relationship, dated the singer 1999 to 2002 after having met as teens on the set of TV's The Mickey Mouse Club in 1992. The Cry Me A River singer already faced the wrath of Spears' fans after the release of Framing Britney Spears a documentary that shed a light on how the singer was mistreated by the media and highlighted Timberlake's role it that mistreatment. Timberlake, 42, even publicly apologize d to her ex-girlfriend after the documentary aired.

After public outcry stemming from the New York Times documentary Framing Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake has issued a public apology to the pop star, his former girlfriend, and Janet Jackson, his co-performer at the "wardrobe malfunction"-plagued 2004 Super Bowl half-time show, following accusations of racism and sexism in his treatment of both women. Meanwhile, Farrell allegedly never officially dated the pop icon. The two were linked in 2003 after getting photographed together and both denied the rumors. At the time, People reported that the two were seen kissing on a balcony in a Los Angeles hotel but the Irish actor reportedly told the outlet, "We're just mates and we're not dating." He continued: "I'm just a 26-year-old guy who's single and having a good time."

In spite of the cuts, sources are insisting Spears' book is still filled with plenty of shocking details about her fame and her life under her highly-criticized conservatorship. "The book is brilliant and heartfelt. It has given Britney the chance to tell her own story, which certainly hasn't been easy but which will be incredibly enlightening for her fans," a source stated. Britney Spears Just Met Lance Bass' Kids For The First Time, And There Are Pics

Britney Spears and *NSYNC were two of the biggest names in pop music at the turn of the 21st century, and especially given the "Toxic" singer's three-year relationship with Justin Timberlake, it's no surprise that she formed friendships with the other members of the group. At least one of those bonds still seems to be intact two decades later, as Spears met up with Lance Bass and met his children for the first time. She even shared photos of the epic reunion, calling herself the twins' "auntie!"

Former boy-bander Lance Bass and his husband Michael Turchin welcomed twins Violet Betty and Alexander James in October 2021 via surrogate, and Britney Spears looked absolutely thrilled to meet the brother-sister tag team, sharing on Twitter:

The "Oops… I Did It Again" singer took a turn holding each baby, as she stood with Lance Bass  — whose floral shirt complemented Britney Spears' own flower-print top — and her husband Sam Asghari. Big smiles were plastered on the faces of the couple, who recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary amidst rumors about their marriage, while Bass looked every bit the proud papa. It's just too bad Michael Turchin wasn't able to join in the reunion.

Lance Bass and his husband were married in 2014, after the *NSYNC member surprised his boyfriend with a proposal a year earlier. The surrogacy process was a long one for the Turchin-Bass family, as they went through multiple donors over a period of four years before Violet and Alexander entered the world.

It turns out Britney Spears' meeting with the twins was also a long time in the making. Lance Bass had said on his Frosted Tips podcast (via Page Six) that the pop princess had contacted him after the twins' arrival. At the time she was still under her 13-year conservatorship, and her handlers put a "stop" to the meeting, Bass said, and he didn't hear from her again. The On the Line actor said at the time:

She has reached out through her people, wanting to meet the kids and all that… You have to talk through people. It's very strange.

Lance Bass and Britney Spears — whose memoir is due out in October — were apparently really close back in the day, and he reportedly even told Spears he was gay years before he came out publicly. However, due to the control her family had over her life during her conservatorship, the two had drifted apart. Bass told Page Six in May 2022 that he hadn't spok en to her since she was granted her freedom, saying:

It's just, you know, there's a wall around her. And for some reason, those people don't want her old friends involved with her life.

It's good to see that now the old friends have been able to spend time together again, with Lance Bass getting to meet Sam Asghari and the Turchin-Bass twins getting to meet their auntie! Hopefully this won't be the last time Britney Spears gets some playtime with the little ones, and we'll need photos from those get-togethers too.

Britney Spears Approves Cardi B Name-Dropping Her In “Put It On Da Floor Again”

Cardi B's Britney Spears line in the remix to Latto's "Put It On Da Floor" has been heard by the pop star herself. The Bronx rapper rhymes, "Ni**a, cry for what?/ B**ch, these are Denim Tears/ I'm sexy dancing in the house/ I feel like Britney Spears."

Spears, who regularly shares videos of her dancing in her home, tweeted a clip on Monday (July 25) posing with her partner Sam Asghari as her name was said in the song. Britney wore a brown ensemble this time, matching Asghari. See the clip below.

In 2019, Cardi B spoke with Entertainment Tonight and voiced her support for the pop icon. "I'm a very big Britney Spears fan. I love you and I totally understand, fame will totally drive you insane," she said.

Britney Spears was a force to be reckoned with in the music industry during her active music career. The "Oops I Did It Again" star garnered six No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 chart between 1999 and 2011. Spears also has 14 Top 10 records on the Hot 100, including her popular hits, "Baby One More Time," "Womanizer," "I'm A Slave 4 U," "Toxic," and more.

Spears recently joined will.i.am for their latest collaboration "Mind Your Business." The club track has also raised eyebrows as fans were questioning if the vocals on the single actually belong to the 41-year-old. In a recent interview with Variety, the Black Eyed Peas member settled the rumors as he simply confirmed that it is Spears' voice on the song, but wouldn't reveal when the track was recorded.

"Here it is, 2023, people want to hear this. But they ask, when did I record this with Britney? And is that really Britney on it? Yes, it is," he explained. "When did I record it? That's not important. For example, I have a track from several records ago, 'Girl Like Me.' I wrote and produced it for Shakira in 2008, but it came out in 2021. That's a lot of fermenting."

He added, "Not everything should be instant. If you want to make great wine, there's no such thing as instant wine. Intoxication on anything that you consume takes a while. Sh*t's gotta sit around for a minute… fine-tune it, perfect it. Certain things come out when they're supposed to come out. 'Mind Your Business' needed time. Now, at this time, it is perfect."

When Was will.i.am & Britney Spears’ ‘Mind Your Business’ Made? We Have an Answer

Following the release of will.i.am's latest collaboration with Britney Spears, the club-ready track "Mind Your Business," fans have been raising questions online about the song — including when it was recorded and if Spears' vocals are truly hers.

Neil Jacobson — CEO of Hallwood Media, will.i.am's management company — tells Billboard that "Mind Your Business" was first recorded "several years ago" but the duo revisited the track and refreshed it recently, including "making changes to the music up until 2 weeks ago." While will.i.am was on his summer European tour with the Black Eyed Peas — which most recently stopped at a festival in Switzerland this past weekend — the pop superstar recorded her vocals separately in Los Angeles with music producer Anthony Preston, Jacobson says.

After some fans noticed that the picture of Spears used in the promotional single cover was from a photo shoot 20 years ago, speculation began to rise that the star's vocals were also not new. Additionally, the "Piece of Me" singer hasn't posted about the song on her social media pages, except for a pre-save link on her Instagram Stories. She has since deactivated her Instagram page after the song was released.

Another theory began to circulate from a TikTok user named AllyNaston, alleging that Myah Marie, a backup singer who has done demo vocals for Spears in the past, could be behind the lead vocals on "Mind Your Business." AllyNaston referenced a Reddit AMA that Myah Marie did in 2019, in which she answered the question, "What demo did you sing on that you wish Britney had recorded?"

"There was one that Will.I.Am wrote, it was really cool, it was kind of rappy, it was for Britney Jean," she explained. "[It was called] something like 'Business,' like 'be up in my business,' something cool."

However, Myah Marie has not confirmed that "Mind Your Business" is the song she's referring to, or if her vocals are on the track.

In a recent interview with Variety, will.i.am also put the rumors to rest about Spears' vocals, though he did not specify when the song was written and recorded.

That's a lot of fermenting. Sh–'s gotta sit around for a minute … fine-tune it, perfect it. Certain things come out when they're supposed to come out."

He added: "'Mind Your Business' needed time. Now, at this time, it is perfect."

The producer also noted that he and Spears wrote the song together. "We'd meet up for lunch sessions in the Valley, talk about life, I'd take notes about what we discussed," he recalled. "She'd ask to change this, change that. She's the first person I wrote like that with – let's just sit and chat about life, love, news, pop culture products. Just talk… I'd show her song structures, rhymes, metaphors. She'd shape and edit the lyrics."

‘Idea Factory’ Britney Spears Is Sitting On A ‘Plethora’ Of Unreleased Music, will.i.am Believes

Britney Spears has kept relatively quiet in terms of her post-conservatorship musical output: She and Elton John unveiled "Hold Me Closer" last year, then she and will.i.am came through with "Mind Your Business" last week. will.i.am reckons, though, that Spears is actually sitting on a massive vault of unreleased songs.

In an interview with TMZ, the Black Eyes Peas member said:

"I could tell you from this experience of fine-tuning 'Mind Your Business'… she sent over some ideas, like, 'Hey, put this on it!' And then I'm like, 'Yo, Britney, this idea that you just gave right there, it's actually a new song. This is freaking crazy.' She gave this idea that was like, 'Wow, wait wait, you can't just throw this away in this song. This is a whole song within itself.' She has ideas and an idea factory. […] I could only imagine that Britney is sitting on a plethora of songs that she's done with different producers. I'm pretty sure her and Pharrell probably have stuff that was unreleased, I'm pretty sure that… yeah, she has to have them. No artist that is that prolific, that's an ideation machine doesn't have a plethora of stuff."

He also spoke about collaborating with Spears over the years, saying, "I always love working with Britney. I've had the honors of working with her for multiple songs. […] To have four songs with the princess of pop is amazing."

Justin Timberlake threatens Britney Spears to omit relationship details from memoir

Justin Timberlake and Colin Farrell reportedly threatened to sue ex Britney Spears if she would not omit details of their relationship from her forthcoming memoir.

Both the exes of the singer are said to be afraid that she will expose their intimate secrets in her book titled The Woman in Me.

The autobiography of the singer is set to release post facing a delay of four months after her insecure exes threated to sue her if she spills any details about their relationship.

According to The Sun, the lawyers of Timberlake and Farrell urged the Princess of Pop to give them a copy of her book ahead of the release so to check if it still contains any passage about any of the men.

"Lawyers demanded to see her book in advance and were adamant that some of the revelations were removed," an insider told the publication.

"There are still plenty of gobsmacking tales but Justin and Colin were conscious about what could be said about them," the source added.

"The legal process meant the publication was held up by four months as discussions went back and forth about what could be included.

However, the insider said that the issues have now been "settled and her autobiography is all ready to go."

The Toxic hitmaker dated the singer-actor from 1999 to 2002. A year after their public breakup, she was snapped with Farrell sparking romance rumours but he later denied ever dating the star.

Speaking of her most awaited autobiography, an insider said, "The book is brilliant and heartfelt. It has given Britney the chance to tell her own story, which certainly hasn't been easy but which will be incredibly enlightening for her fans."

The book in which Spears will share her side of the story, is set to release on October 24, 2023.

Kevin Federline responds to claims he’s moving to Hawaii to extend child support from Britney Spears

Kevin Federline shut down theories that he is moving to Hawaii with his and Britney Spears' two sons to exploit a child support loophole.

"A lot of people say a lot of stupid things," Federline — who shares Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden James, 16, with Spears — told a paparazzo who asked him about the claims outside of a McDonald's on Monday in a video exclusively obtained by Page Six.

Last month, Spears' fans spread rumors that Federline was moving to the Aloha State so he could extend the number of years that she has to pay him child support.

In Hawaii, payments are notably ordered for children up to the age of 23 if they are enrolled full-time in either an accredited college or university or a vocational or trade school.

"He's doing this because the courts can force her to pay child support up to the age of 23 in Hawaii," one Twitter user surmised.

"Kevin desperately wanting to move to Hawaii is definitely child support related," another agreed.

"He's exploiting her for money," a third netizen claimed.

One member of the Britney Army even went so far as to suggest that Federline was fleeing California just after being sued for owing his other minor children's private school more than $15,000 in tuition.

"Kevin Federline gets sued for not paying for the education of his kids and then decides to move to Hawaii where he can apply to get child support until Britney's boys are 23," the critic tweeted. "It is painfully obvious Britney is still trapped and will be as long as so many people depend on her $$$."

Spears, 41, previously paid Federline, 45, $20,000 a month in child support, but he demanded an increase to $60,000 a month in May 2018. He and the pop star, who has an estimated net worth of $60 million, reached a confidential agreement that August.

In most states, child support stops once a minor turns 18. However, payments can sometimes be extended to the age of 19 if the child is unmarried and still a full-time high school student.

Page Six confirmed in May that Federline wanted to relocate his family so they could escape the publicity surrounding his famous ex. He also said his wife, Victoria Prince, got a job offer in Hawaii.

We then exclusively reported that Spears was OK with her sons moving.

"To her credit, Britney Spears will not interfere with and consents to the relocation," her attorney, Mathew Rosengart, wrote in a letter to Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Rosengart went on to blast the DJ for publicly dragging the Grammy winner over the past year instead of handling their issues in private.

"I was particularly concerned because your client previously — and appallingly — violated their privacy, while egregiously violating Britney's privacy, by releasing a private video of Britney with her children, which was preceded by a tabloid television interview," the former federal prosecutor wrote, referring to footage of Spears arguing with their sons and Federline's bombshell ITV appearance last year.

Rosengart also scoffed at Kaplan's claim that K-Fed wanted to protect his kids from the spotlight.

"It was also ironic [that you said] the children wanted to be 'more sheltered from the media's scrutiny.' That is commendable. But [Federline's] media interview did nothing to shelter them; instead, it publicized the issue in the media," he wrote.

Rosengart concluded his letter by calling Spears a "loving and supportive mother."

The "Gimme More" singer, who was freed from her 13-year conservatorship in November 2021, has been estranged from her sons for more than a year, and they did not attend her wedding to longtime partner Sam Asghari.
