Just before New Year's Eve, the "Toxic" singer took to Instagram to share three photos of her son, Jayden, looking visibly older in an oversized red tee shirt and baggy jeans. He has a gold chain around his neck as he stands in the middle of a field, not looking at the camera.

In the caption, Britney claimed that he was "mine forever" before adding, "It's weird we're like twins but he's a boy and I'm a girl!!!" She admits that she hasn't seen him in almost three years and that she is "in shock" to see him looking so much older than the last time she saw him.

"He came back and he feels older and smarter than me !!! He's a man and I cry everyday of my life because of the miracle and genius he is !!!" she wrote. "When he plays the whole earth shakes !!!" Jayden reportedly came back from Hawaii to live with Britney in California and look into music schools in the area.

This Isn't The First Time Britney Gave Fans A Look At Jayden

Just a few days ago, over Christmas, the "Crossroads" actress shared a video that featured her planting a kiss on her son's cheek while a fireplace crackled in the background. Britney looked visibly overjoyed as she clutched a glass of wine and cuddled up with her son in front of the camera.

"Best Christmas of my life !!! I haven't seen my boys in 2 years !!! Tears of joy and literally in shock everyday koo koo crazy so in love and blessed !!! I'm speechless thank you Jesus !!!" she wrote in the caption of the post, which was liked over 625,000 times.

Britney Spears Is Trying To Repair Her Relationship With Her Sons

Although things have been tense for the Princess of Pop over the past few years, it looks like things are finally looking up. Her relationship with her boys seems to be better than in the past, with a source telling Us Weekly that she is "excited" about the possibility of repairing her relationship with Jayden and Sean.

"He's open to mending the relationship with his mom and seeing where things go. Britney was very excited to hear from him; [it] means everything to her," one source told the publication after Jayden reportedly reached out to live with her while looking at schools in the area.

Although there has been headline-making conflict in the past, it looks like Britney's relationship with her son, Jayden, is better than ever. Although Sean is still living with his father in Hawaii, it looks like her improved relationship with Jayden is benefiting their relationship as well.

One insider told the publication that Britney and Jayden have "been getting along great" and that "Britney's convinced they'll have a flourishing relationship in the near future."

"It's all she ever talks about," another insider divulged. "She would love a second chance with them."

Although she is repairing her relationship with her sons, it seems that things are still tense with her mother, Lynne Spears. An insider told the publication things have been "rocky" between them, but Britney still "wants to improve" their relationship.

And the teen truly is a piece of her.

And as Britney has been doing the work to find the woman in her, she's been repairing her bond with Jayden and his older brother Sean, 20, who live fulltime with dad Kevin Federline , his wife Victoria Prince and their younger siblings Jordan, 13, and Peyton, 10. 

"Best Christmas of my life," the 43-year-old captioned her Dec. 25 Instagram post. "I haven't seen my boys in 2 years !!! Tears of joy and literally in shock everyday koo koo crazy so in love and blessed !!! I'm speechless thank you Jesus !!!"

Her kids would agree. 

"I 100 percent think this can be fixed," Jayden stressed of their relationship in a 2022 ITV documentary, noting that they have "no hate" toward their mom, but that living with their dad was what was best at that time. "It's just going to take a lot of time and effort. I just want her to get better mentally. When she gets better I really want to see her again."

The then 15-year-old also shared a message directly with his mother, telling the camera, "I love you a lot, I hope for the best for you. Maybe one day we can sit down like this and talk again."

Another source told the outlet that Jayden had reunited with his mother after a year of living in Hawaii and was subsequently in Los Angeles in November.

"Spending time together has made her happy," the insider told People.

Nevertheless, fans have been voicing their worry for the starlet, referencing Britney's history of being financially exploited by those close to her. 

Notably, the Grammy Award winner's father, Jamie Spears, controlled her conservatorship from 2008 to 2021, during which time he was accused of mismanaging her finances and profiting from her estate.

Additionally, Britney's former business manager, Lou Taylor, allegedly received substantial payments from her earnings without her consent.

Consequently, Kevin, who previously received child support from Britney and who no longer benefits financially now that Jayden is 18, further raised eyebrows. 

The 43-year-old Baby One More Time hitmaker reportedly made her final child support payment to Kevin on November 15.

Since their divorce, Britney had been paying $20,000 monthly, later increased to $40,000 in 2018 when Kevin gained full custody of their sons, Jayden and Sean Preston, TMZ reported on November 12.

"We're told she's been making bi-monthly payments to ex-hubby Kevin Federline on behalf of Jayden James, their youngest son who turned 18 two months ago," TMZ wrote.

The outlet added: "She paid $10,000 at the beginning of November and will make her final $10,000 payment Friday."

Britney's lawyer, Laura Wasser, and Kevin's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, reportedly reached an agreement earlier this year to end her child support payments in November, coinciding with Jayden's high school graduation.

This comes amid reports that Jayden had initiated contact with his mother after leaving Hawaii.

"Jayden is spending time back in California but does not live with Britney," a source told Us Weekly on November 15.

They added: "All of his friends are still in California and he wanted to come back after graduating high school. Jayden reached out to Britney and initiated conversation."

The insider further revealed at the time: "He is open to mending the relationship with his mom and seeing where things go. It's going to take time and will not be an immediate reconciliation.

It's unclear if the world will ever get to hear Britney Spears sing again. The superstar has stated in the past that following her trials and tribulations, both personal and professional, she's not interested in making more music. There are also rumors, however, that she may be plotting a comeback to Las Vegas, a city that has brought her a great deal of both money and success.

As millions wait to learn what the future holds for Spears and her career, one of her oldest tracks has become a hit again. Fans have pushed the decades-old cut back to Billboard's worldwide rankings, thanks to one of the biggest holidays of the year all around the planet.

"My Only Wish (This Year)" appears on both of Billboard's global charts, which show what the human population is listening to. The single reappears on the Billboard Global 200 at No. 154, earning its fourteenth stay on the competitive list.

The same cut can also be found on another, very similar ranking. "My Only Wish (This Year)" rises from No. 187 to No. 135 on the Billboard Global Excl. US, which operates in almost exactly the same way as the Billboard Global 200, only with all sales and streaming data from America (and America alone) removed. The song has now lived on that tally for 15 frames, just one more than on the more encompassing list.

Despite being one of the world's most famous pop singers, Spears has only collected a very small number of hits on both of the worldwide tallies. Billboard's two Earth-spanning rankings were only introduced a few years ago, long after she largely stopped producing new music. Including her holiday tune, Spears has now landed just two hits on the Billboard Global Excl. US, and three on the Billboard Global 200.

"My Only Wish (This Year)" was originally released in 2000, but it wasn't easy to own. The song wasn't shared as a traditional single, but rather as one tune on a compilation that featured many current-day pop and R&B stars putting their own spin on holiday classics and sharing new Christmas-y songs. That album, titled Platinum Christmas, also included contributions from the likes of Nsync, Christina Aguilera, the Backstreet Boys, TLC, and even Whitney Houston.

Two decades after die-hard fans purchased that compilation just to hear "My Only Wish (This Year)," the song was finally released as a standalone promotional single. Since then, the tune has become a must-hear for many Spears lovers, and since it's widely available, it has been eligible to reach a handful of charts, such as Billboard's worldwide lists.

The 43-year-old pop superstar announced plans earlier this year to create the B Tiny brand, and on Saturday (Dec 28) morning, she took to Instagram once again to tease what she has planned for next year.

She wrote on Instagram: "Obviously I have been showing spin offs of the collection B Tiny!!!! My collection is set to come sometime next year!!! "We added belly rings to it yesterday!!! Ideas and inspiration !!!"

Britney Spears will be honoured as a "human icon" in her upcoming biopic.

The 43-year-old 'Toxic' singer's turbulent life will be told on screen by 'Wicked' director Jon M Chu, 45, and the filmmaker has now revealed his vision for his portrayal of the pop sensation.

He told Bustle about getting a different idea about Britney after reading her 2023 memoir 'The Woman In Me': "She's always been this icon, but ultimately, especially more recently after reading her book, she'd become human to me.

"I think that is so beautiful. I hope to convey that humanity and the spectacle of what she is in all her glory.

"(I want to explore) what we expect from people that we think are ours. "They're their own people, and we have to respect that."

Britney teased in August she was working with producer Marc Platt on a "secret project" moments before the biopic was announced.

Universal won the film rights to her 2023 autobiograp hy, and Jon added landing the job as director of the project was a thrill as he grew up a Britney fan.

He added: "I watched Britney before she was a solo act, when she was one of 12 acts at some radio station thing at The Shrine Auditorium.

"I've loved her for many years. I've seen over seven concerts, which probably isn't a lot compared to other people."

Britney said on Instagram in August it was "flattering to be in such good company with Jon M Chu" while making a gag about the format of her biopic.

She added: "The project I might be doing isn't a biopic story... it's a fictional musical where I play an extremely intelligent character !!!"

Britney told fans on Christmas Day she had reunited with her sons Sean, 19, and 18-year-old Jayden – who she had with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, 46 – for the first time in two years.

According to Page Six, Spears and Jayden first reconnected last month. An insider told the outlet, "They have been spending a lot of time together." A second source dished, "Britney is thrilled to have her baby back. Everything is moving in the right direction."

Jayden and Sean Preston have been living in Hawaii with their dad and his wife. Spears' relationship has had its ups and downs through the years, including a public fallout when Jayden opened up about it in an interview with filmmaker Daphne Barak for Daily Mail. "I think Mom has struggled giving us both attention and showing us equal love and I don't think she showed enough to Preston and I feel really bad for that," Jayden said in Sept. 2022. Jayden also shared a message for his mom via the interview: "I love you a lot, I hope for the best for you. Maybe one day we can sit down like this and talk again."

Now things seem to be going better, with a source telling PEOPLE in November that Jayden has been visiting Spears at her home in Los Angeles. "Spending time together has made her happy," they said.

A close source revealed to PageSix that the pop star and her sons are working hard to strengthen their relationship, telling reporters: "She and her sons are really focusing on rebuilding their bond," with expectations of becoming 'super close' again.

Around this time, Spears was placed under a conservatorship led by her dad, Jamie Spears, and her lawyer, Andrew Wallet. As conservators over Spears' person and estate, her father and her attorney had access to her doctors and medical records, could limit who visits her and had control over the financial decisions she makes. After her conservatorship was created, Britney and Federline were back to 50/50 custody over their kids. However, their agreement changed again in September 2019, when K-Fed was given 70 percent custody, while Spears was given 30 percent unsupervised custodial rights, according to Us Weekly. That change was confirmed to Us Weekly in March 2021 after a source told the magazine that Britney sees her sons "less" after Federline altered their custody agreement.

In TMZ Investigates: Britney Spears: The Price of Freedom, a documentary released in May 2023, claimed that 2022 was the boys' roughest year when it came to their relationship with their mom. "By the end of the summer [2022], tensions got so bad that the boys weren't even responding to her texts. And she was furious," TMZ producer Katie Hayes claimed. The tabloid later reported, via an anonymous source, that Federline was moving the two boys to Hawaii full-time. "If Britney ob jects, Kaplan [Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan] will go to court and ask permission from the judge … and given Britney hasn't seen the kids in more than a year and the kids want to leave town, it's likely the judge will allow the move. We're told it's unlikely the case will end up in court and Britney will acquiesce to the move," TMZ wrote.

There was even a special family reunion this year, as Britney Spears posted about seeing her youngest son for the first time in two years. Other singers took the stage on the holiday, with Beyoncé performing at the halftime show during the NFL's Christmas Gameday.

This holiday season, the "Toxic" singer reunited with her youngest son, Jayden, who she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline. Jayden is currently living in Hawaii with Spears' eldest son, Sean Preston, 19, and Federline.

In a video posted on Instagram on Thursday (26 December), Spears can be seen posing with Jayden, outside what appears to be a restaurant.

"Best Christmas of my life !!! I haven't seen my boys in 2 years !!!" she wrote in the caption. "Tears of joy and literally in shock everyday koo koo crazy so in love and blessed !!! I'm speechless thank you Jesus !!!"

Three years have now passed since Spears' 13-year conservatorship, in which she lost control over her finances, career decisions and personal freedoms, was finally lifted.

John Legend

John Legend took to Instagram to share a snap of his family sitting in front of a Christmas tree, surrounded by presents. The sweet photo included Legend, his wife Chrissy Teigen, and their four children — Luna, eight, Miles, six, — all wearing matching red and green pajamas.

"Have a Merry Merry Christmas!" he wrote in the caption. Teigen posted that the family, who live in Los Angeles, was celebrating in London this year.

The Goop founder posted on Instagram to share a glimpse of her Christmas celebration with her 20-year-old daughter Apple, who she shares with ex-husband Chris Martin. In the image, the pair were seen smiling outside with candlesticks in hand, alongside friends and family.

The "Vampire" singer appeared to also be celebrating Christmas in the UK this year, as she shared two snaps on Instagram from a holiday market. In one of those pictures, she could be seen holding a brown teddy bear, while another featured a display of English teas.

A fourth snap showed Rodrigo waiting in line for a ride at the event, while the first picture in the post showed the star-shaped cookies she was baking.

The Legally Blonde star had a special holiday outing with her three children, including her two oldest — 25-year-old daughter, Ava, and 21-year-old son, Deacon — who she shares with her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe. Longtime couple David and Victoria Beckham both shared moments from their holiday together. First, David posted a video on Instagram of himself wearing a red Santa hat, as he took part in his holiday tradition: Cutting the turkey for his family's dinner.

"Traditional cutting of the turkey that mums been cooking all day !!" he wrote in the caption. "Love you all so so much Happy Christmas."

Meanwhile, Victoria revealed that her family got a surprise visitor this year, Santa Claus. In her clip, she showed Santa and her husband sitting on a staircase and singing "Jingle Bells" together.

In the caption, she also tagged her and David's four children: Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 13.

Joined on stage by her eldest daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, Post Malone, and Shaboozey, Beyoncé shined as she performed, for the first time, several hits off her latest album, Cowboy Carter.

The Nobody Wants This star celebrated her holiday in style, with a Christmas tree based on the Wicked musical, after Jon M Chu's record-breaking film of the Broadway classic came out in November. Her Instagram post showed her tree decked out with pink and green string and ornaments, with figurines of Elphaba and Glinda sitting at the top of it. The decorations also stood next to a silver star, in the shape of Glinda's wand.

The bottom of Bell's tree featured plush legs with stripped stockings and bright red shoes, inspired by how the Wicked Witch of the East was crushed by a house in The Wizard of Oz, since Wicked is a prequel. The tree also had a yellow brick road leading to it.

The soccer star took to Instagram to share a snap of his family, as they all sat at the holiday dinner table wearing matching striped red, white, and green pajamas. Along with his longtime partner, Georgina Rodríguez Hernández, the event included Ronaldo's children: Cristiano Ronaldo, Jr, 14, and seven-year-old twins Eva and Mateo.

Ronaldo's Christmas celebration also featured his and Hernández's children, Alana, eight, and Bella, two. Bella also had a twin brother, Baby Ángel, who unfortunately died shortly after he was born in 2022.

In honor of Christmas this year, Hilaria Baldwin shared a snap on Instagram of her and her children sitting around the Christmas tree, where they wore matching red and black pajamas. Of course, her husband Alec was there, but he was wearing a black sweater, sweatpants, and hat.

"Merry Christmas and much love to you all. Mucho amor…feliz navidad," Hilaria wrote in the caption.

Hilaria and the 30 Rock alum celebrated the holidays with their seven children: Carmen, 11, Rafael, nine, Leonardo, eight, Romeo, six, Eduardo, four, María, three, and Ilaria, two. Alec also shares daughter Ireland Baldwin, 29, with ex-wife Kim Basinger.

Britney Spears is overjoyed to spend the holidays with her son.

The singer took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a sweet video of her and her son Jayden Federline celebrating Christmas together.

"Best Christmas of my life !!! I haven't seen my boys in 2 years !!!" she captioned the video. "Tears of joy and literally in shock everyday koo koo crazy so in love and blessed !!! I'm speechless thank you Jesus !!!"

Spears shares sons Jayden, 18, and Preston, 19, with ex-husband Kevin Federline with whom she was married from 2004 to 2007.

In the video, Jayden greets the camera saying "Hello" in several clips. In one clip, Spears gives her son a sweet kiss on the cheek.

Britney Spears and her younger son Jayden Federline reunited for Christmas for the first time after a years-long estrangement.

The "…Baby One More Time" singer, 43, posted a video of herself and Federline on her Instagram late Wednesday.

"Best Christmas of my life !!! I haven't seen my boys in 2 years !!! Tears of joy and literally in shock everyday koo koo crazy so in love and blessed !!!" Spears captioned the clip.

The video features multiple shots of the mother-son duo, during which Spears speaks in an indiscernible accent. At one point, she says, "That's my baby." In another shot, the two wish a merry Christmas to the camera.

Sources told TMZ last month that Spears and her younger son had reconciled and were spending time together just before she finished child support payments.

Spears shares Jayden with ex-husband Kevin Federline. Together, the exes are also parents to 19-year-old son Sean Preston.

On her 43rd birthday earlier this month, Spears remarked in a video that she was "not turning 42 I'm turning … 5 years old" and had moved to Mexico to escape paparazzi.

Hours earlier, she was declared legally single, having settled her divorce from third husband Sam Asghari in May.

It's been a busy few years for Spears, whose conservatorship was terminated in late 2021. She and Asghari, 30, tied the knot in June 2022 and he filed for divorce in summer 2023.

In October 2023, Spears also released her hit memoir, "The Woman in Me." This summer, it was announced that the bestselling book would be adapted for the big screen, with "Wicked" filmmaker Jon M. Chu set to direct and Marc Platt producing.
