Spears enjoys every bit of her time with her son, Jayden, 18, who she reunited with during the yuletide season.

On Saturday, the "Blackout" singer shared a video on Instagram of Jayden unwrapping some gifts she got him.

In the clip, Jayden sat close to a family Christmas tree and held up a black sweatshirt. Spears was heard in the background saying, "Nice, nice, oh that is nice. Wow, that's really nice."

Jayden inspected the outfit further and thanked his mom for the gift. Spears replied, "You're welcome."

On Christmas Day, the 43-year-old songstress shared a video of her reunion with Jayden on Instagram.

In the clip, Jayden said "hello" to the camera while standing beside his mom. Spears then introduced him to her fans, saying, "This is my baby," before kissing his cheek.

Another part showed the mother-son duo before a Christmas tree as Spears wished her followers a "Merry Christmas." Jayden also wished everyone a "Merry Christmas," after which the clip showed a fireplace.

Spears shares Jayden and his older brother, Sean Preston, 19, with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline. The former couple married in 2004, but Spears filed for divorce in 2006. Their divorce was finalized in 2007.

Following the divorce finalization, Spears and Federline had different custody arrangements. Jayden and Sean spent more time with their dad and moved to Hawaii with him in 2023—a move Spears consented to.

The move to Hawaii meant Spears couldn't see her sons as much as she wanted to. However, in November 2024, Jayden reached out to his mom and expressed a desire to mend their relationship.

A source told Us Weekly, "He's [Jayden] is open to mending the relationship with his mom and seeing where things go. Britney was very excited to hear from him; [it] means everything to her."

The insider also revealed that Jayden and his mom got along great after mending their relationship.

They also shared that their improved relationship helped smooth things over with Sean, who is seemingly living with his dad and stepmom in Hawaii.

Although Spears' relationship with Sean isn't on the same level as hers with Jayden, another source told the outlet, "Britney's convinced they'll have a flourishing relationship in the near future. It's all she ever talks about. She would love a second chance with them."

Spears Reveals Plans Of Adopting A Daughter

MEGA

Shortly after posting the video of Jayden unwrapping the gifts she got him for Christmas, Spears shared a heartwarming video she found online of a cute little girl talking to the camera.

In the clip, the sweet toddler looked incredibly adorable as she cracked jokes. Her infectious cuteness struck a chord with the pop diva, who expressed her desire to become a mom again in the post's caption.

Spears wrote, "I've decided I'm going to adopt a baby girl!!!! I'm actually serious!!!"

It remains unknown if Spears will go ahead with her plans. Only time will tell.

Britney Spears’ ex Sam Asghari on why he still cares for her and his ‘crash course in Hollywood’

Sam Asghari is about to star on 'The Traitors', the hit show where you don't know who to trust – or who's out to get you.

But he's effectively been preparing for such a situation for years, living under the full glare of the celebrity spotlight with his ex-wife Britney Spears.

"I've learned a lot in the past five or six years being exposed to that (darker) side of Hollywood. And it's quite a blessing," he tells Page Six in an exclusive interview.

Sam Asghari – pictured at the Godrey Hotel in Hollywood – says he got a quick crash course in Hollywood thanks to his romance with Britney Spears. He says of his relationship with the pop singer, "It was a quick crash course in Hollywood and it sort of helped me. I figured it would be a good tool to actually help me in the Traitors game as well.

"You have to be careful in every industry," he adds, "Not just in Hollywood. You have to always be careful and protect yourself and protect the people that you love."

Indeed, Asghari, 30, supported Spears during the "Free Britney" movement as she fought to be released from the shackles of a harsh court-mandated conservatorship that controlled every aspect of her life for 13 years and had been spearheaded by her father, Jamie Spears.

Asghari says he was absolutely in love with Spears. Photo Copyright John Chapple / instagram: @JohnChapple

"It's a human rights movement", he wrote online the night before the conservatorship was finally dissolved in November 2021.

"I think it's the bare minimum you can do as a partner, to be a backbone to someone and to be their biggest supporter, biggest cheerleader, the biggest…the biggest everything," he tells us.

While Asghari, who split from Spears in 2023, has spent the past year focusing on work, his ex has continued to spark fears among her legions of fans with her chaotic Instagram videos, many of which feature her dancing erratically while scantily-clad.

Asghari supported Spears during the 'Free Britney' campaign. @samasghari/Instagram

On her 43rd birthday on December 2 – the same day the exes were both declared legally single by a Los Angeles court – the "Hit Me Baby…One More Time" star claimed she was, in fact, turning five years old and that she was moving to Mexico. This was later denied by her rep.

All of this begs the question – does Asghari still talk to Spears, and will he continue to stand by her?

"I just wish her the best," he replies, "I think that the number one factor of a partner is to be there for one another, no matter what."

Spears has sparked concern among fans for her chaotic Instagram posts. @britneyspears/Instagram

And although the relationship is firmly in the past, he stresses, "There's never ever a need to take advantage of anybody.

"We all go through this life and we go through different chapters and you meet people along the way and they are a big part of your life. You're just always thankful for every moment that you spent with people in the past."

In fact, he says, what really grinds his gears is when people split and start slinging mud at each other.

"They once sat at the same table and ate together, and they once called each other the love of their lives. I never liked that behavior. And it's something that I never wanted to repeat myself. So I'm so glad that that has never been me."

The most important thing, he says, is to "move forward" and "always be thankful for everything that has ever happened to you."

As for Spears' future, whether it's making new music or plans to film a movie version of her memoir with "Wicked" director Jon Chu, alongside rebuilding her relationship with her sons Jayden, 18, and Preston, 19, her ex says, "I would love for her to do whatever makes her happy."

Asghari also admits he would love have kids and be a girl dad after growing up with three sisters. Photo Copyright John Chapple / instagram: @JohnChapple He admits the split from Spears was "very difficult" and "took some time to move on." Photo Copyright John Chapple / instagram: @JohnChapple

Despite what anyone may say, he was "absolutely" in love with Spears.

"I think it's very common for people to separate…but people like to put celebrities on a pedestal," Asghari – who was photographed at the Godfrey Hotel in Hollywood for Page Six – says.

Citing Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce as the "biggest celebrities dating right now", he observes, "They are really just like everybody else. You know, they like to go on fancy dates, they like to be at home on cozy dates.

"It's just in a public way, which, you know, sometimes makes it difficult for them. But I think it's hilarious reading about other celebrities because I know when they wrote stories about me, how ridiculous and untrue or true it was."

He is now dating realtor Brooke Irvine. samasghari/Instagram The couple spent the festive season lapping up the sunshine -and made their romance official on Instagram. samasghari/Instagram

With his brooding good looks, Asghari, who has worked as a model and a fitness trainer, won over Spears when they met on the set of her video for 'Slumber Party' in 2016.

He played a hot guy in a suit who watched as she erotically lapped up spilled milk. They exchanged numbers, and Spears called him months later after finding his number in her bag.

"It was the humbleness that attracted me," he told GQ in 2022, "She was very humble and she has a beautiful soul."

Asghari says he would like to keep their romance private. samasghari/Instagram

In her best-selling memoir, "The Woman in Me", Spears said she "immediately" knew she wanted Asghari in her life, and was "instantly smitten" with him.

Just two weeks into their relationship, tabloids claimed Asghari was already cheating on his new love, but they ignored the negative press, according to the star.

"The chemistry with us in the beginning was insane," she said. "We couldn't keep our hands off each other. He called me his lioness."

The pair wed in a fairytale ceremony at their Thousand Oaks, Calif., home on June 9, 2022, with Madonna, Donatella Versace, and Drew Barrymore in attendance.

He will be seen on "The Traitors" on NBC which starts on January 8. NBC

But a little over a year later, Asghari filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences," with the filing listing July 28, 2023 as their date of separation.

"It's always very difficult when you have to adjust and completely go away from something and completely redirect," he admits. "So of course it was difficult and it took some time to move on. But it is life, you know, life comes at you fast and you have to deal with it… and it tells you about your character (you can) make that situation either easier or hard."

Asghari, who moved with his family from his native Iran to LA in the summer of 2006 when he was 12, says his three sisters taught him how to respect and care for women.

He said that even though they are split, there is no reason to be mean about Spears. samasghari/Instagram

"I think it is very important to be raised around women. Being raised around three sisters gave me the delicacy of how to deal with certain issues and certain situations." He would, indeed, love kids and would love to be a "girl dad".

Over the past few months, Asghari has been seen out and about with realtor Brooke Irvine.

The couple is even 'Instagram official' now after Irvine last month posted photos of Asghari carrying her on their tropical vacation on her private account.

For Asghari, however, it's still too soon to talk about any new relationship.

He will join the likes of "Real Housewives of New York" star Dorinda Medley, "Selling Sunset's" Chrishell Stause, and reality TV supervillain Tom Sandoval on "The Traitors." NBC

"Because of how public my last relationship was. And I'm not saying it was a bad thing to be public or not, it's just sometimes you can't help it. I've been really trying to stay private when it comes to my personal life," he says.

For now, he is concentrating on his acting career; he has already had a role in Taylor Sheridan's "Lioness" and would love to work with the "Yellowstone" creator again.

First, on January 8, he will join the likes of "Real Housewives of New York" star Dorinda Medley, "Selling Sunset's" Chrishell Stause, and reality TV supervillain Tom Sandoval on "The Traitors."

The NBC show is a spin-off from the hit UK show and is hosted by Alan Cumming.

In it, a group of strangers are taken to a Scottish castle, and at the outset three of them are secretly appointed 'traitors' who gather every night to choose which of the other contestants they want to remove from the game.

Will people now truly learn who Asghari is away from the headlines?

"I'm going to always try to stay true to myself and have a good time. So I hope the audience, the fans of Traitors already or people that haven't watched the show, are able to enjoy it," he says.

"I'm a very open-hearted person and I'm a very easygoing person… I'm simple, I like to be positive. I like to walk my dog, so it's really not that hard to get to know me!

"I figured I would go on the show, have a good time and have fun, and let people get to know me. So I think it was accomplished."

Britney Spears’ ex-husband Sam Asghari goes official with new girlfriend months after their divorce

Britney Spears' ex-husband, Sam Asghari, has gone official with his new girlfriend months after their divorce.

American model and actor Sam, 30, married Britney, 43, back in June 2022 with celebrations at her home in Thousand Oaks, California, with celebrities such as Paris Hilton, Selena Gomez and Drew Barrymore in attendance, but called it quits just 14 months later.

Now, the reasoning behind the couple's unexpected split was met with mass speculation, with it all happening prior to the release of Britney's tell-all memoir The Woman in Me - which Sam has previously shared his 'honest' opinion on.

Sam later released a statement on their split, claiming that he and Britney would 'hold onto the love and respect we have for each other'.

He added: "S**t happens. Asking for privacy seems rediculous [sic] so I will just ask for everyone including the media to be kind and thoughtful."

He also implied that their divorce, which was finalised in May 2024, was significantly more amicable than news outlets first alleged.

In an interview with People, he spoke highly of their romance: "It was a blessing to be able to share life with someone for a long time. And people grow apart and people move on."

Sam has since posted an Instagram photodump with his rumoured new girlfriend, Brooke Irvine (Instagram/@samasghari)

He went on: "I've always hated people leaving a certain relationship - and at some point they told each other they love each other and they sat at the same table and ate food [together] - so I never understood when people part ways [and] they talk badly about each other."

Claiming he'd 'never' speak ill of his now-ex, Sam continued: "I had nothing but an amazing experience and a great life, and that's always going to be part of my life, a chapter of my life."

Sam has recently taken to Instagram to share a series of snaps alongside his rumoured new girlfriend, Brooke Irvine.

He shared five snaps as part of the New Year photodump - all of which feature Brooke - along with the caption: "Happy New Year to All."

The New Year post saw the alleged couple cosied up in all five snaps (Instagram/@samasghari)

Sam was Britney's third husband after having married childhood friend, Jason Alexander, before it was annulled after 55 hours.

Her second marriage was to former dancer, Kevin Federline, with whom she shares two sons named Jayden James and Sean Preston.

Then, last year, the 'Everytime' singer announced that she had got hitched for a fourth time, but in this instance, had decided to to marry 'herself'.

Is Britney Spears Fixing Her Relationship With Mother Lynne Spears After Years Of Estrangement? Here’s All We Know

Here's All We Know About The Current Status Of Britney Spears' Relationship With Her Mom Lynne SpearsIs Britney Spears & Lynne Spears Working On Their Relationship? ( Photo Credit â€" Instagram )

With the new year, there are obvious expectations of resolutions, reunions, and fixing damaged equations. The same goes for Britney Spears, who has had a tough couple of years with the conservatorship finally ending and her attempt at reconnecting with herself and some of her family, including her sons and (reportedly) her estranged mother Lynne Spears.

Britney Spears' Relationship With Mother Lynne Spears

According to Life & Style magazine, Lynne never gave up on the hope that one day she would reconcile with her daughter. "No matter how dark things got she prayed and kept the faith that Britney would let her back into her world," a source told the portal. As per the insider, the 2000s pop star "has been softening" towards her estranged mother "little by little" with time.

The report alleged that Britney had promised Lynne they would go on a trip together "somewhere nice and quiet" this new year. She is just overjoyed about it, and even though some people "are telling her to temper it a little and keep her expectations realistic," because Britney tends to change her mind, Lynne isn't paying heed. "She's convinced that she's made real progress" because she attempted a "hands-off approach."

Lynne Spears' Change In Approach Towards Britney Spears

The pop star's mother thinks her approach to doing things differently last year has reaped these results. At times in 2024, when she "wanted to call Britney and fly to her rescue," Lynne reportedly waited it out so that her daughter could call and tell her how she was doing on her own terms. Lynne believes that this approach has worked in her favor when it comes to Britney.

"Now Britney feels her mom respects her and isn't forcing things which she appreciates," the insider alleged. They also added that Lynne hopes there will be a day when the whole family can reunite, but she knows she needs to take one day at a time for that to happen. The 69-year-old is "just doing all she can to keep the door open with Britney." A previous US Weekly report claimed that things between the mother and daughter were rocky earlier.

Britney Spears' Recent Reunion With Younger Son Jayden

Now, the two are trying to improve their relationship one step, one day at a time. "[Britney] misses her and gets sad about her family dynamic," a source told the portal. For the unversed, this wouldn't be the only reunion involving the 43-year-old singer. Britney also united with her son Jayden over the holidays and was overjoyed. She reportedly hopes for a second chance at bonding with him and her older son, Preston.

Britney Spears’ Ex Sam Asghari Goes Instagram Official With GF Brooke Irvine 8 Months After Divorce

Moving on! Britney Spears' ex-husband Sam Asghari debuted his relationship with girlfriend Brooke Irvine eight months after settling his divorce from the pop star.

The model, 30, took to Instagram on Wednesday, January 1, to share a carousel of photos featuring the real estate agent. In the first snap, Sam and Brooke both wore white as they stood under a palm tree and shared a kiss. Meanwhile, the second photo showed the couple in swimwear as they snuggled up on top of a tree overlooking clear water.

The third photo featured Sam and Brooke coordinating in black outfits on a night out, sharing a sweet hug. Sam looked lovingly at his girlfriend in this snap and in the next, which showed the pair cuddling up together in what appeared to be a vehicle. Finally, Sam and Brooke posed in front of a mirror for a selfie.

"Happy New Year to All," the fitness trainer captioned his post.

Sam did not tag Brooke, who appears to keep a low profile, in any of the photos.

The two were first spotted together in West Hollywood in November 2024. An insider told Us Weekly at the time that Brooke and Sam had been in a relationship for a few months.

In August 2024, Sam told Us Weekly that he was focusing on his career instead of dating, joking that he was already "dating a very high-maintenance girl," his dog.

"I have to get her nails done and take her to the dog park and feed her good food and get her really nice treats," he said. "That is what I'm focused on at the moment."

Sam's relationship with Brooke is reportedly his first after his divorce from Britney, 43. The Hot Seat star filed for dissolution of marriage from the "Toxic" singer on August 16, 2023, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split. He listed their date of separation as July 28, 2023.

On the same day of the divorce filing, a source exclusively told In Touch that Britney and Sam were headed for a split after 14 months of marriage.

"Britney wants out of her marriage. A divorce is in the works. Even though she's pushed Sam to the brink with her erratic behavior, he would probably keep enduring it, but she's adamant," the insider shared. "She's accused him of everything from spying on her, secretly recording her, cheating on her, talking to her family behind her back and other horrible things. She now thinks that Sam was always using her, that she was his meal ticket and that he never truly loved her."

The former couple reached a settlement on May 2, 2024. Their agreement stated that neither party would receive spousal support in the future, according to court docs obtained by Associated Press. Future disputes will also need to be settled in private arbitration.

Britney was declared legally single on December 2, 2024, according to court documents obtained by TMZ at the time. Though the "Circus" hitmaker moved on with former housekeeper Paul Soliz following her divorce, the pair's on-off romance reportedly ended in July 2024.

Britney Spears Pushes Her Decades-Old Song To A New Chart High

Britney Spears hasn't released a new song in about a year and a half, and she hasn't delivered a solo tune in much longer. Fans of the singer may have to wait even longer before they get to hear more music from her, as she's spoken openly about her dislike of the music industry and how she doesn't have any plans or intentions of returning to the studio.

In lieu of a new single, or even the hint of more music to come, followers of the star have been revisiting one of Spears' oldest songs. Their continued purchasing and streaming of the tune recently brought it back to a handful of charts, and now it's performing better than ever on one list.

"My Only Wish (This Year)" is on the rise on both of Billboard's charts that show what the world is listening to. The tune rockets up the Billboard Global 200 and the Billboard Global Excl. US, and it lands in a loftier-than-ever position on the latter list.

On the Billboard Global Excl. US, which tracks the most-consumed songs in the world—with all streaming and sales information from America extracted—Spears nearly scores a new top 40 hit. "My Only Wish (This Year)" shoots from No. 135 to No. 42, improving by nearly 100 spaces. That's a massive gain for any track by any singer—especially one that has already been available for so many years and which isn't being promoted.

"My Only Wish (This Year)" was released in 2000, though not as a proper Spears single. Her popularity helped power a compilation titled Platinum Christmas, which was packed with holiday-themed cuts from some of the biggest names in pop and R&B at the time. Spears' contemporaries, like Christina Aguilera, Backstreet Boys, and NSYNC, all contributed.

It would be 20 years before "My Only Wish (This Year)" was finally made available outside of that CD, which once became a top 40 title on the Billboard 200. Since it was uploaded to streaming platforms and digital download stores, those who adore the pop superstar have returned to playing and buying it again and again every December, making it a hit all around the world.

As the single manages its newly-published peak on the Billboard Global Excl. US, the same cut soars on the Billboard Global 200 at the same time. This week, Spears' single flies from No. 154 to No. 69 on that tally. That's just one rung below its all-time peak on the list, which does factor in American consumption.

Previously, the Hot seat actor opened up to People Magazine about his life after the split from Spears saying that he has been "absolutely" able to move on.

"There's a lot of work stuff that I'm doing that I want to let the work do the talk, and with acting, it's what comes next and all the work that you're putting in," said Asghari, who is joining the cast of The Traitors season 3.

The super model also revealed that he holds no ill towards his ex, saying, "It was a blessing to be able to share life with someone for a long time. And people grow apart, and people move on."

Asghari and Irvine were first spotted together in Los Angeles.

The alleged relationship came after Sam Asghari and Britney Spears finalised their separation on December 2, 2024, one year after their marriage in July 2023.

Britney Spears' ex Sam Asghari has gone public with a new relationship eight months after they finalised their divorce.

The fitness model-turned-actor, 30, took to social media to share a slew of images with new girlfriend, Brooke Irvine.

Letting the loved-up pictures speak for themselves, he simply captioned the post: "Happy New Year to All".

One image sees them standing under a palm tree and gazing deeply into each others eyes. Asghari sports an all-white ensemble, Irvine matches in a fitted dress with a thigh-high split.

For another snap, they wear swimwear as they lay back against one another on a palm tree overlooking the ocean.

He looks at her lovingly in a further frame as they share a sweet embrace.

Asghari and the estate agent were first linked in November after being spotted spending time together out and about in Los Angeles.

His sister Maddie was among those sharing their approval in the comments section with her responding with two red love-heart emojis.

Asghari filed for divorce from popstar Spears in August 2023 citing "irreconcilable differences" following 14 months of marriage. Their divorce was finalised last May.

They first met on the set of her Slumber Party music video in 2016 and got engaged after five years of dating in September 2021.

He was also by Spears' side when the Toxic hit-maker's controversial conservership - which controlled most aspects of her life - finally came to an end after 13 years in November 2021.

The two walked down the aisle the following June at an intimate ceremony with Madonna, Drew Barrymore and Paris Hilton in attendance.

An insider close to the pair told the PageSix that their divorce was settled "amicably" due to the "iron-clad prenup" they had in place and which Asghari didn't challenge, protecting Spears' estimated $60 million wealth.

Asghari was Spears' third husband.

She was first married to childhood friend Jason Alexander, but it was annulled after 55 hours.

Her second marriage was to former dancer Kevin Federline, with whom she shares two sons.

Last year, she announced that she had got hitched for a fourth time, opting to marry "herself".

Even though Sam Asghari seems to have moved on from his ex, Britney Spears, it seems that a lot of fans still aren't over their relationship. In August 2023, the actor filed for divorce, which was settled in May 2024. As of December 2024, the two were declared legally single by the state of California.

The former personal trainer appears to have spent the holidays celebrating with his new girlfriend, real estate agent Brooke Irvine and made their relationship official in several photos that he shared of their new relationship on January 1 to bring in the new year.

Although the "Toxic" singer has turned off comments on her Instagram posts, Sam has never been shy about letting his followers speak their minds.

One User Warned Sam That 'Karma Exists'

On January 1, the "Hot Seat" actor shared five photos showcasing his new relationship with the blonde beauty. "Happy New Year to All," he wrote in the caption. It's clear that the relationship is supported by his sister, Maddie Asghari, who dropped two red heart emojis on the post.

However, not everyone was happy to see that he had moved on. "He only used Britney to get her money, so sad for this guy but don't forget that karma exists," one user wrote.

"I'm not even sure if it was money he was after. He wanted the publicity," another netizen replied.

"Publicity over money… exactly," a third user agreed.

"It's sad that you never loved Britney… just wanted to become famous because of her," another follower shared. This comment received a whopping 833 likes to show their agreement.

Britney Spears Did Not Spend The Holidays Alone!

Even though the "Oops!... I Did It Again" singer may not be in a relationship at the moment, she didn't spend the holidays by herself after her son, Jayden, came to live with her. In fact, she declared that this was the "best" Christmas of her life after spending time with her sons during the holidays.

Over Christmas, she shared a video of her standing in front of a fireplace with Jayden looking visibly emotional. At one point, she leans over and plants a smooch on the side of his face. "Best Christmas of my life !!! I haven't seen my boys in 2 years !!! Tears of joy and literally in shock everyday koo koo crazy so in love and blessed !!! I'm speechless thank you Jesus !!!" she wrote in the caption.

Unlike her ex-husband, Britney has disabled comments on her Instagram posts to prevent negative comments.

Britney Gushes Over Her Son Jayden

As The Blast previously reported, Jayden has come to live with Britney in California to look for schools to study music after moving to Hawaii with Britney's ex-husband Kevin Federline last year. Only two days ago, the "Crossroads" actress took to Instagram to sing Jayden's praises and noted how he seems so much older than the last time they spent time together.

"Mine forever !!! It's weird we're like twins but he's a boy and I'm a girl !!! He's mine I hadn't seen him in 2 and half years or maybe 3 !!! I'm in shock !!! He came back and he feels older and smarter than me !!!" she wrote in the caption. "He's a man and I cry everyday of my life because of the miracle and genius he is !!! Britney Spears confronts online trolls: 'If they only knew how severe my sadness is...'

Britney Spears wishes online trolls knew how "severe [her] sadness" is.

The 43-year-old pop superstar - who regained control of her multimillion-dollar fortune as well as other aspects of her life and career when a conservatorship that had been governed by her family was terminated in 2021 - had read so many "mean things" after she uploaded a video of herself dancing, she felt compelled to take the video down altogether and claimed that it was a "miracle from God" that she even danced in the first place.

She wrote on Instagram: "Another excursion but this time a smaller boat !!! Honestly, I like the smaller one way better. I took the video of myself dancing down because so many people said so many mean things... if they only knew how severe my sadness is. It is a f******miracle from God that I played and danced, period. It is insane!!!

"I didn't think I was gonna go at all I was that sad... but immediately I saw the ocean, the small little hotel that looks like an apartment, and the breakfast table inside the pool !!! I'm such a strange cookie I guess most artists are a little weird, but I immediately got busy and played with dark music and Winehouse with black lace and red bottoms !!!

"I forgot I did any of that and when I got home last night and was like WTF !!! I took all my work down then of course I looked through my phone and was like Damn, there's so much I haven't even shown but it saddens me people say mean things about me."

The '...Baby One More Time' hitmaker continued her rant by noting that she is "so damn sick" of others faking "concern" for her before revealing that she has been fasting all week and had just enjoyed a bacon cheeseburger.

She added: "I'm so damn sick of people saying they are concerned and if you don't like the way I move, f*** off and don't watch it !!! After my week of fasting, I sat down to finally have my bacon cheeseburger with a bun that's so high it looked like a pie and right when I cut it in half right down the middle I saw the white Swiss cheese and my mouth watered. And then when the bacon, which is never chewy always crispy, hits my tongue and the meat !!! Food gives me a high, like feeling 6 years old because food is god, especially if you fast like me. It's honestly better than sex!"

Britney Spears’ Christmas Song Is Making Up For Lost Time

Britney Spears hasn't spent much of her career recording music meant to be played around the holidays. She was too busy delivering dance-pop smashes for many years, and lately, she's been more focused on living her life. Only one of her yuletide tracks is still popular to this day—and only a few weeks per year, at best—and it's become a hit once more.

"My Only Wish (This Year)" is back on the main singles chart in the United Kingdom this week. The tune breaks onto the list of the most-consumed songs in the nation at No. 75 as the holiday comes and goes.

Spears' tune lands on the list during the chart week dated January 2, 2025, but the current ranking reflects sales and streaming from the days before then, when British citizens were wrapped up in all things Christmas. The fact that the song only lands on the list exactly when it does is notable, though.

2025 now marks the fifth year in a row in which "My Only Wish (This Year)" has found space on the U.K. songs chart. The promotional single debuted on the list in late December 2021, when it opened at No. 97. It would only manage one frame on the ranking that year, and listeners in the nation have now made it a tradition to bring the cut back every season.

"My Only Wish (This Year)" reached its peak earlier this year, during its last stint on the chart during the 2023 holiday season. On the ranking dated January 4, 2024, Spears' tune rose to No. 59, before quickly disappearing as tastes changed again.

Spears released "My Only Wish (This Year)" in 2000, though it wasn't promoted at the time, despite the fact that she was already one of the most famous singers in the world by that point. The track was included on a compilation featuring pop superstars all doing their best to join in on the holiday fun, titled Platinum Christmas. As a result, the tune was not a hit until decades after it first became available.

In just a few days, it's likely that "My Only Wish (This Year)" will vanish once more, and it won't be alone. Dozens of Christmas singles will fall from the U.K.'s most competitive songs chart following the conclusion of another jolly period…but it looks like it will be back when the weather turns cold again.

Heartbreaking Way Justin Timberlake Dumped Britney Spears Will Make Fans Hate Him More

Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears were once Hollywood's most beloved couple. At the peak of their careers, their romance also garnered massive media attention. While the public adored their relationship, their breakup particularly the way Timberlake ended things with the singer left a lasting resentment among fans.

This sentiment only intensified when the Criminal singer detailed every minute aspect of their split in her memoir, further bringing their past into the limelight.

How Justin Timberlake's cold breakup with Britney Spears changed Their story forever?

While the public widely celebrated the relationship between Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, their breakup, especially the way Timberlake ended things, left a bitter taste in the mouths of many, particularly Spears' fans. The two pop stars, whose careers dominated the charts in the late '90s and early 2000s, had one of the most talked-about relationships in Hollywood.

They first crossed paths as young stars on The Mickey Mouse Club in 1992, and by 1999, they were dating, quickly becoming the golden couple of pop music. Spears was already reigning supreme in the industry with hits like Baby One More Time and Oops!… I Did It Again and Timberlake, fresh off the success of NSYNC, had his own massive following.

Together, they captivated the public with their every move, from matching denim outfits to their highly publicized relationship milestones. The media couldn't get enough of them, and fans loved every moment of their romance. However, just three years later, in 2002, Timberlake ended their relationship in a way that shocked and devastated Spears.

According to her memoir, The Woman in Me via Vanity Fair, he broke up with her over a simple text message and left feeling heartbroken. What made the breakup even harder to bear for Spears was the public narrative that followed. Timberlake quickly moved on with his career and personal life, and he released his hit song Cry Me a River, which many believe was inspired by their split.

The music video featured a woman who resembled Spears, portraying her as unfaithful, something that only added to the pain. In her memoir, Spears explains how difficult it was to watch this public portrayal of her: "The woman who looks like me cheats on him, and he wanders around sad in the rain."

Now that Spears has released her memoir, fans are finally getting an inside look at the heartbreak she endured. And Timberlake's role in the breakup, combined with the way the media treated her afterward, paints a new picture of their breakup.

Why Britney Spears took down her dance video?

Britney Spears recently shared a video of herself dancing alone in her hotel room while on a trip to Los Cabos, Mexico. However, after receiving negative feedback from people online, she decided to delete the video. This move surprised many, especially since the singer typically keeps the comments on her Instagram disabled to avoid negativity.

Despite this, the harsh reactions to her dance prompted her to take the video down.

She then posted a message on her Instagram to explain why she deleted the video, adding that it was upsetting to receive such mean comments about her dance moves. Spears said, "It saddens me people say mean things about me," and made it clear that she had had enough of unsolicited feedback.

The video, which the singer had posted earlier that week, showed her dancing freely in her hotel room. She admitted that she had been feeling down before the trip, but the energy of the music lifted her spirits.

Although she mentioned that she has more videos of her dancing saved on her phone, she also hinted that she might not post them. She ended the message with a powerful note for her critics: "If they only knew how severe my sadness is." After deleting the video, the singer received a lot of support from her fans, who flooded her comments with kind and encouraging words.

What is Britney Spears doing now? Post-conservatorship and post-divorce life of pop icon explored as she turns 43

On December 2, pop icon Britney Spears celebrated her 43rd birthday by obtaining a single status after more than seven months of her divorce being finalized. The decision follows her separation from her ex-husband Sam Asghari in July 2023, followed by their divorce proceedings.

However, the songstress hasn't commented on her newfound freedom, with her only form of public interaction coming through Instagram posts. On her birthday, the Stronger singer posted a short clip in a white dress with the caption:

"Before dinner red lips and delicious wine 👄🍷!!!"

Britney fans have been intrigued by the pop icon's life for years, with several rumors about her life gaining precedence from time to time. Even three years after the end of her conservatorship, rumors about her finances continue to intrigue wide-eyed followers of the Princess of Pop.

Here's everything to know about her current life, including post-divorce life, financial rumors, and updates on her longstanding conservatorship case.

According to a report by the Associated Press, Britney Spears' former husband Sam Asghari filed for divorce in August 2023 after 14 months of marriage and nearly seven years of being together with the pop icon. He took to social media the same month, citing 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for the split.

"After 6 years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together. We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other and I wish her the best always. Asking for privacy seems rediculous [sic] so I will just ask for everyone including the media to be kind and thoughtful," announced Asghari on Instagram.

Spears commented on the divorce a few days later, writing on Instagram:

"As everyone knows, Hesam and I are no longer together … 6 years is a long time to be with someone so, I'm a little shocked but … I'm not here to explain why because its honestly nobody's business. I've been playing it strong for way too long and my Instagram may seem perfect but it's far from reality and I think we all know that."

The pair reached a settlement to end their marriage in May 2024. Spears and Asghari started dating in 2016 and got engaged in September 2022. After the termination of her conse rvatorship, the pair got married in what Spears described as a 'dream' wedding ceremony.

Britney Spears has been married thrice in her life, with two of them ending in divorces and one getting annulled. Her other two partners are Jason Alexander and Kevin Federline.

An April 29, 2024 report by TMZ asserted that Britney Spears was in danger of going broke and was 'completely dysfunctional' with her finances. However, multiple sources across the internet debunked the rumor.

As per a report from Entertainment Tonight, Spears enjoys luxurious vacations and flies on private jets but is far from being bankrupt. On the contrary, the sales of her memoir The Woman in Me have been quite lucrative for the pop icon with major producers vying for rights of the same.

In April 2024, Britney Spears and her father Jamie Spears settled their financial dispute nearly three years after the court terminated the pop icon's conservatorship.

Although the terms of the settlement weren't disclosed, Jamie wanted the legal fees to be paid for by Britney's estate, as per a report by ET. In 2021, Jamie requested the court, stating "prompt payment on account of Jamie's attorneys' fees is necessary to ensure the Conservatorship can be wound up quickly and efficiently to allow Britney to take control of her life as she and Jamie desire."

Britney's lawyer Matthew Rosengart opened up about his client's newfound freedom in a statement.

"As [Britney] desired, her freedom now includes that she will no longer need to attend or be involved with court or entangled with legal proceedings in this matter. Britney Spears won when the court suspended her father, and Britney Spears won when her fundamental rights and civil liberties were restored," read the statement in part.

In 2023, Spears changed her Instagram bio to 'XILA MARIA RIVER RED.' Although the singer never explained the cryptic change of name, she wrote a message alluding to the same in a now-deleted Instagram post (as per The Independent.)

"I see right through it all… it has liquid and is wet… it's playful and has mass!!! I changed my name to River Red!! "Yet the fire is where it illuminates… to stare at it and jump right in with no fear at all [sic]!!!!" Britney captioned the post before deleting it.

Some fan theories also pointed at 'Maria River Red' being an anagram of the phrase 'I've remarried.' However, there is no news of her tying the knot again after her split with Sam Asghari.

Sam Asghari is beginning 2025 on a romantic note.

The actor, 30, went Instagram official with his girlfriend, Brooke Irvine, on Wednesday, January 1. "Happy New Year to All 🫶," he captioned a slideshow of photos of the two of them cuddled up, laying together on a palm tree at the beach in one snap and embracing each other at a party in another.

The couple seemingly celebrated the holiday together, as Asghari placed his hand around Irvine's waist at what looked like a New Year's Eve party in a Wednesday Instagram Story post. "Happy new year to everyone 🎉🥳🎊," he wrote alongside the sweet snap.

A source confirmed the pair's romance to Us Weekly last month, shortly after they were spotted together in West Hollywood in November 2024. The insider noted that the relationship began a few months prior and that Asghari took some time for himself following his divorce from ex-wife Britney Spears.

It was love at first sight when Britney Spears and Sam Asghari met in October 2016 on the set of her "Slumber Party" music video, but the fairy-tale does not have a happy ending. Spears was charmed when chatting with Asghari and the pair exchanged phone numbers and continued to get to know each other. […]

Prior to beginning his new romance, Asghari exclusively told Us that he was putting his focus on his career instead of his love life. "It deserves that type of work ethic, and watching my sisters do such an amazing thing at pursuing their dreams makes me inspired," he explained in July 2024. "Watching them work 100 percent makes me realize it's going to take 100-and-something percent to reach my goals."

He added: "My goals are always the opposite of my personality," he said. "That's gonna require a lot of time, so I'm not really focusing on [dating] at the moment."

Asghari's relationship with Irvine marks his first since calling it quits with Spears, 43, after one year of marriage in August 2023. In his divorce filing, Asghari cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split and listed their date of separation as July 28, 2023.
