Britney Spears and Balenciaga's Debut Collection Includes Hoodies and Baseball Caps Selling for Over $1,000

  • The collection ranges from a $1,650 hoodie to a $955 flag, plus launches with an exclusive playlist and an EP of remixes
  • Out June 3, the drop will be creative director's Demna Gvasalia last before he presents his final Balenciaga couture collection this upcoming July
  • Oops, she did it again! And by that, we mean Britney Spears has come back around with another iconic fashion moment.

    On June 3, it was announced that the Grammy winner collaborated on limited-edition merchandise as a part of fashion label Balenciaga's "Exactitudes" Spring 2026 collection, which will be designer Demna Gvasalia's last before he leaves the house as creative director to helm Gucci in July.

    Comprised of ready-to-wear apparel and accessories, the collection features prints of the singer's autograph as well as archival imagery of Spears captured by photographers Rankin and Steven Klein. A press release states that the "series celebrates a global cultural icon who shaped the sound and style of pop music."

    Like the launch itself, the prices are super high-fashion with an oversized hoodie retailing for $1,650, a studded baseball cap going for a sweet $1,250 and a "shrunk" T-shirt selling for $ 795. Fans can shop the release at select Balenciaga stores and the brand's website.

    In a statement, Spears, 43, said: "I have always loved fashion and was so honored and excited Balenciaga and Demna chose to collaborate with me on Demna's last collection with the House. I hope my fans love it as much as I do! These are some of my favorite images from such an amazing time in my career and life, and I'm so excited to share it with everyone."

    We'd be remiss not to mention the pop star-ness of the launch, which also includes an exclusive playlist of songs that've "inspired" Spears (included artists are Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Madonna, Rihanna Whitney Houston and Addison Rae, and even her own songs) as well as the Britney4ever EP, which features remixes of "Gimme More" and "Oops!...I Did It Again" — which celebrated its 25th anniversary in April — by French musician and Gvasalia's husband, BFRND.

    Back in October 2023, Spears launched a line of merch under the "Legendary Quote" collection, which she coordinated with the debt of her best-selling, tell-all memoir The Woman in Me. While it featured pieces inspired by most memorable lyrics, it also reintroduced her first-ever fragrance, Curious by Britney Spears, which was sold as a bundle along with her book on Amazon.
