Britney Spears Faces New Concern as Sources Claim Pills Are Her “Vice”!

Britney Spears' camp is reportedly concerned about the pop singer, and following her recent arrest in Ventura, California, sources close to the singer allege she has been struggling with substance use in recent years.

Spears was taken into custody on March 4 on suspicion of driving under the influence after being pulled over for speeding and reckless driving.

Her representative later called the incident "completely inexcusable" and said it could be "the first step in a long overdue change."

Multiple sources talked with US Weekly and say Spears has been privately dealing with issues involving prescription pills. "[Pills] are her real vice," one source claimed, adding that concerns grew after her conservatorship ended in 2021 and regular drug testing stopped.

The arrest comes during a complicated chapter in her personal life. Spears recently reunited with her sons, Preston and Jayden, with a source sharing, "She feels whole again."

At the same time, her ex-husband Kevin Federline raised alarms in his recent book, writing that "it's become impossible to pretend everything's OK."

Sources say Spears was "deeply upset" by those comments, but note her challenges have been ongoing.

She is scheduled to appear in court on May 4 as the case moves forward.
