Britney Spears conservatorship 'to end in time for wedding'

Britney Spears's conservatorship will end in time for her wedding, it has been reported.

Father Jamie took control of his daughter's affairs back in 2008 at the height of the star's public meltdown.

The conservatorship was extended on various occasions as Britney continued to overcome her personal issues.

However, Jamie now feels his daughter is ready to control her own finances and wants a judge to end the arrangement before she marries fianc Jason Trawick.

"Jamie wants to go to court in early February so Britney will be a free woman in every sense when she marries," a source told the Sunday Express.

Britney is rumoured to be planning a Valentine's Day wedding to Trawick on the Hawaiian island of Maui.
