Britney Spears and Jason Trawick aren’t married yet, but her fiancee is taking control of her finances.

He isn’t Mr. Britney Spears yet, but a judge said he can call the shots in matters involving his famous fiancé.

Jason Trawick appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom Wednesday and was approved to join his future father-in-law Jamie Spears in decision-making duties related to the pop princess’ conservatorship.

“Jamie is thrilled,” Jamie Spears’ lawyer Geraldine Wyle said after the closed-door afternoon hearing. “It’s all in the family.”

Wyle said it was Britney Spears, 30, who requested that Trawick take the reins.

Judge Reva Goetz set up a follow-up hearing for July 25.

Trawick and Spears have been dating since 2009, and he popped the question late last year after previously acting as Spears' agent. Wearing a gray pin-striped suit and checked tie, he stated his court appearance as "Jason Trawick, current fiancé.”

Once the 90-minute hearing ended, he departed alone with no visible reaction and declined to comment.

In his new role as co-conservator, Trawick will have shared control over all the singer’s major personal decisions, from finances to medical care.

That would include the $15 million contract she’s reportedly negotiating to join Simon Cowell as a judge on “The X Factor.”

Judge Goetz also took up a petition to allow the sale of Spears' former Beverly Hills house for more than $4 million.

In an almost comical move, she asked a courtroom packed with media and few others if anyone wanted to overbid on pricey estate.

Spears has been under court supervision since February 2008, when her dad stepped in to pull her from a spiral that saw her strapped to a gurney and placed on a psychiatric hold.
