Britney Spears will be in Kansas City this coming week and she wants to see her fans. The entertainer let her 17 million Twitter followers know that she was going to be giving away some seats for her upcoming X Factor judging and would like to see a few fan faces. On Friday she gave details on how the fans in the Kansas and Missouri area could scoop up a pair without working too hard.
