London: Pop star Britney Spears is reportedly looking to rent a new beachside home in Malibu with fiance Jason Trawick. The 30-year-old was pictured looking for a new home in the exclusive Californian area to live in, and spent four hours at an ocean-front property, reported Showbizspy.The mansion is set over 3,565 square feet, has five bedrooms and is three stories tall. In addition it has a newly remodelled kitchen, a separate studio apartment and a spa, and costs USD 14,900 a month to rent.
The property is worth USD 6.9 million.
