After touring around three cities for the nationwide auditions of 'The X Factor,' Britney Spears is a hot item as one of those seated in the panel of judges.
According to sources, the former pop princess appeared shy to be judging contestants at first but as things were progressing, she is turning out to be as blunt as Simon Cowell. The source from the 'X Factor' set said that most of them were shocked with the way she assesses contestants recently, leaving all hesitations behind just to say out what she feels is true.
Contestants That Spears Adore
If one will observe closely, Spears falls for the contestants who are appealing in the physical aspect and has the charisma she often states she is looking for. Unlike the other judges, she is not impressed with just an amazing voice. Spears wants it the total package kind. "She can really tell the difference between a good singer and a great performer," the source said.
The new judge is not also into the sad stories before the actual performance of the contestant. She maintains her being compassionate but she wants to make sure that she is totally focused on the talent of the contestant.
Here we feature the most interesting blunt reactions that Spears has made on the show.
"Who let you on that stage?"
"I can't look. I literally can't look."
"I'm sorry, sweetie, but you have to be great on this show,"
"Too boring."
"I'm sorry, I was bored. I have to say no."
"I feel like you need to go to New York and be on Broadway. I don't think the pop industry could handle you."
"To make a great performance, you have to step it up. There's a big wall between us, and you need to learn to break it down."
Aside from her usual blunts, Spears also gives great comments for contestants who truly deserve it too. She is also said to be very sociable not just with her fellow judges but with the rest of the crew and staff. She was even recently photographed having a smoking break in between her free time during the show.
