We all need a little motivation to hit the gym.
But with her new job seeing her working alongside Britney Spears it seems Demi Lovato has found hers.
The 19-year-old X Factor judge spent her Saturday getting into shape with a tough workout.

Demi is working to maintain her figure as she prepares to make her debut as a judge on X Factor US.
On top of her judging duties, Demi is also in the process of writing her fourth album.
The teen has recently talked about how she is working to overcome issues such as self harm, depression and an eating disorder, has coped admirably with the demands of filming a TV show alongside her other commitments.
Red carpet ready: Demi glammed up as she appeared with fellow X Factor US judges LA Reid, Simon Cowell and Britney Spears on 14 May in New York
Her past troubles and stint in rehab have been well-documented, and the singer has revealed she is still facing a daily battle with her demons opening up in her revealing MTV documentary Stay Strong.
During the one-hour special Demi admitted: 'I cannot tell you that I havenât thrown up since treatment â" I cannot tell you that I have not cut myself since treatment.'
'This has been a daily battle.'
The last time Demi, who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at rehab, went on tour her hectic schedule literally drove her 'insane.'
It was at this point during a tour in 2010 that her parents stepped in and sat her down telling her they had a plane waiting for her to take her to treatment.
However, the young starlet seems to have gotten her life back on track now and will return to her judging duties on the second season of the Fox talent competition show this fall.
