Ellen DeGeneres returns to the studios next week to start her next season of the Ellen DeGeneres Show and she is bringing some irresistible star power to her couch. Britney Spears confirmed on Friday she will be a guest on the talk show on the first week of broadcast.

The entertainer doesn’t often do interviews, but this appears to be a special occasion and fans are ready to see her.
This season the Ellen DeGeneres Show is looking at some serious competition for the new season. With Anderson Cooper going live for his second season along with new hosts Ricki Lake and Katie Couric starting daytime talk shows, there will be plenty of choices. Should Ellen DeGeneres worry? Not as all as she is one of the best talk show hosts and competition will only make her better.
