Things are getting quite toxic.
Pop diva Britney Spears posted a cryptic photo on Instagram Thursday in which the riled-up singer claimed someone was âtalking sâ"tâ about her.
âSomeone told me someone was talking sâ"t about me on the streets,â Spears, 42, captioned a photo of a basketball hoop with the the moon behind it. âDo you want to bring it to the court or will you go home crying to your mom like you did last time???â
âIâm not sorry!!!â the post concluded.
The Post has reached out to Spears for comment.
Spearsâ scathing and vague post comes a day after ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake made an equally vague statement during a show in New York on his 43rd birthday.
âIâd like to take this opportunity to apologize to absolutely fâ"king nobody,â Timberlake told the crowd as the band played the melody of his 2013 Jay-Z collaboration âHoly Grail.â
Fans have deduced that the âMirrorâ singer was referring to a statement made by Spears, whom he dated from 1999 to 2002, in which she offered an apology to him on Instagram. The post has since been deleted.

âI loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than Iâd anticipated,â wrote the singer. âBut Justin definitely wasnât happy about the pregnancy. He said we werenât ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.â
âIâm sure people will hate me for this, but I agreed not to have the baby. I donât know if that was the right decision,â continued Spears, who was recently separated at the time of the bookâs release. âIf it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didnât want to be a father.â
Wednesdayâs show was also the first time that Timberlake has seemingly acknowledged the apology despite being on a press tour to promote his upcoming tour and new album.
