While Valentine's Day is over, we have the perfect excuse to keep the holiday sugar rush going. Britney Spears' "favorite" NYC coffee shop, Glace by Noglu, just released a hot chocolate drink in her honor, and it's only available for a few more days.
The limited-edition dessert, appropriately dubbed the Britney Brûlée, is a spin on Glace's already viral s'mores hot chocolate with espresso and features the singer's favorite flavor: mocha. The specialty drink has a rim of toasted marshmallow fluff with homemade chantilly cream and a caramelized sugar disk to give it that crème brûlée finish. It's even stamped with her "B" initial.
"Happy Valentines Day 🌹!!!" Spears wrote on Instagram. "I've partnered with my favorite NYC Coffee shop, @GLACENOGLU to create my own flavor, The Britney Brulee ☕️!!! Proceeds will benefit @trevorproject!!!"
Proceeds from the Britney Brûlée, which is available between now and February 18 for $14, will in part benefit the Trevor Project, a non-profit focused on suicide prevention for the LGBTQI+ community.
"I was scrolling on Instagram, and I came across the Glace hot chocolates and I lost my mind!" Spears said in a statement, per PEOPLE. "New York has always been a really special place for me and when I discovered Glace I knew I wanted to do something special with them and partner with a local business in N.Y.C! I can't wait for you to try what we created together!"
Naturally, Spears fans are buzzing over the new creation. "We love our LGBTQ+ charitable Queen 🏳️🌈," one fan wrote on social media.
Another fan said, "Mother keeps on giving in unexpected ways 🧡."
"Britney, our charitable Queen, is going to have the whole world hooked on Brûlée 💖💖💖," a third person wrote on Instagram.
And while we don't know *how* much influence Brit herself had on the Glace by Noglu creation, we can only assume she shared her expertise. After all, her Instagram bio reads, "chef in the works." Even if her omelet caused some controversy...
