Those close to Britney Spears are said to be worried for the singer amid reports she's drinking more and "using various drugs".
The singer, 42, has caused concern among fans in recent weeks as she shared a cryptic post on Instagram after a worrying hotel incident in which she injured her foot. Now, it seems her friends and family are "scared for her" and worry she may be placed under another conservatorship.
A source has said Britney is not taking her mental health medication and suggested her criminal boyfriend Paul Soliz is "running her household and her life". Britney started a relationship with her former housekeeper following her divorce from Sam Asghari.

The comments come after Britney shared a cryptic message online shortly after an ambulance was called to hotel Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles following reports the star was injured in an explosive fight with her boyfriend.
Taking to Instagram last week, Britney shared a video of herself staring straight into the camera lens as she modelled a red dress. The pop star walked towards the camera, putting her hand on her hip and adjusting the dress around her chest.
Her fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their concerns with the video. Many pointed out how Britney seemed to keep glancing to something off-camera.

"Anyone else seeing it?? Or just me?!" Another asked. A third fan wrote: "This isnât good. I have a bad feeling watching this." A fourth exclaimed: "Every single video she posts is a cry for help. With as many videos as there have been, how has NOBODY stepped in here? Itâs heartbreaking to watch a downward spiral with NOBODY trying to help her."
