First on her list was former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson, whom she described as a "classic babe" and someone who "seems so sweet!!!"
Spears also highlighted Oscar-winner Natalie Portman, recalling a chance encounter with the Vox Lux actress on a New York street, where the two were surprised to find they were wearing the same shirt.
"She's the coolest person," Spears added.
Among her other favorites was singer Camila Cabello, whom she praised for her infectious personality.
"She's so darn pretty, and she makes me giggle out loud!!! Her personality is so sweet and kooky. I think it's healthy to be silly!!! I wish I was more like that," Spears shared.
The singer continued her tribute by admiring the beauty of model Kendall Jenner, questioning, "Is it even normal to be that pretty???"
She then wrapped up her list with a nod to Selena Gomez and Drew Barrymore, both of whom attended her 2022 wedding and joined her on the dance floor for a performance of Madonna's "Vogue."
Spears teases new book, talks friendshipsWhile praising these women, Spears also reflected on how friendships change with time.
"Let's talk about how your other half growing up is usually your best friend," she wrote.
"Y'all literally finish each other's sentences... But eventually you get married and you grow up and live worlds apart."
Spears' Instagram post also included a hint about her latest project: "I'm away writing my novel and learning about myself !!!"
This comes after the success of her 2023 memoir The Woman in Me, which offered an inside look at her life and career.
While fans eagerly await details on her upcoming book, Spears ended her message with a candid reflection: "I do so miss being silly with the girls!!!"
Despite her musings, Spears admitted she wasn't entirely sure why she shared these thoughts, concluding, "It's called life!!!"
