After years away from the spotlight, speculation over Britney Spears' return to the music industry has been rife.
But the pop icon, 42, who became globally renowned following hits including Everytime and Oops..I Did It Again, recently vowed to "never return to the music industry." And it seems her defiant post was due to the fact she has already started working on carving out a new career for herself, as a jewellery maker.
Taking to social media, the mum of two, who has had her fair share of trouble for the world to see, wrote: "My first jewellery line coming soon!!!" This was accompanied by a picture of a bracelet draped over her middle finger. She assured fans that her pieces were "one of a kind" and "delicate and extremely different". And the name of the brand is called B Tiny.
Sharing her excitement of her new collection, she added: "Realising how cool it is to be an artist that can be passionate in so many different ways !!! B Tiny coming soon!!! Girls youâre gonna f**king love it!!! Earlier this year, the mum of two was forced to address rumours that she was collaborating with singer Charli XCX as part of a new album. But she shut down speculation and confirmed her music career was over for good.

Britney's decision to quit music comes 25 years after the release of her debut album Baby One More Time and three years after the conservatorship was lifted, which ended 13 years of her father's control.
In her memoir, Britney spoke about the conservatorship and claimed it stole her "womanhood" and destroyed her passion for performing. She went on to say that when her father took over "everything", that was the "worst thing" that happened to her "music career and sanity."
She continued: "I began to think that he saw me as put on the earth for no other reason than to help their cash flow." She added that her father once said "I'm Britney Spears now." She explained: "As far as my passion for singing and dancing, it was almost a joke at that point. I always felt I had music in my bones and my blood; they stole that from me."
She said: "When I write, I write for fun or I write for other people !!! For those of you who have read my book, thereâs loads that you donât know about me ⦠Iâve written over 20 songs for other people the past two years !!! Iâm a ghostwriter and I honestly enjoy it that way !!!"
