Britney Spears Teases 'Extremely Different' New Business Venture: 'I'm So Excited'

Singer Britney Spears is about to embark on a completely new business venture.

Following the one-year anniversary of her highly successful memoir, "The Woman In Me," the "Toxic" singer is now heading into a different line of work that has nothing to do with the entertainment industry!

Britney Spears Announces The Launch Of Her Very Own Jewelry Line

On Sunday, the "Oops!... I Did It Again" singer took to Instagram to reveal what appeared to be the logo for her new line of jewelry: B Tiny. Her favorite flower, the rose, looks to be front and center in her logo.

In the caption, Britney wrote:

"My first jewelry line coming soon !!! Delicate extremely different and one of a kind pieces !!! I'm so excited !!! Realizing how cool it is to be an artist that can be passionate in so many different ways !!! B Tiny coming soon!!! Girls you're gonna f-cking love it !!!

Fans who swipe to the right are treated to a shot of gold beaded chains wrapped around her middle finger and secured around her wrist. The last slide, a video, shows an overexposed version of the same piece to show off the turquoise blue beads.

Britney Spears Thanks Fans For Their Support For Her Memoir

Last week, the "Crossroads" actress celebrated the one-year anniversary of her memoir with a short message on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

"Wow wow wow ... thank you all for your support over the past year !!! It means the world to me !!! If you haven't gotten your copy of The Woman In Me yet, you can get yours here," she wrote alongside a link for the book.

The comment section was peppered with support for the pop star. "Congratulations on your incredible journey, Britney! Your resilience in the face of adversity has not only been inspiring but has empowered countless fans around the world," one fan commented. "Your strength radiates love and energy. Here's to you, for being a beacon of empowerment."

Her Jewelry Line Isn't Her Only Secret Project!

On August 1, the "Girl In The Mirror" singer took to X with another message, writing, "Excited to share with my fans that I've been working on a secret project with #MarcPlatt. He's always made my favorite movies … stay tuned."

At the time, fans could only guess as to what the secret project was. However, later in the day, Variety revealed that a Britney Spears biopic film was in the works with "Wicked" director Jon M. Chu at the helm.

Universal Pictures landed the rights to her memoir, "The Woman In Me," and plans to develop it into a feature with producer Marc Platt also attached to the project. According to the report, her memoir has sold over 2.5 million copies in the United States alone and was the fastest-selling book in Simon & Schuster's long history.

Britney Spears Used Her Memoir To Discuss Her Conservatorship

In 2008, the "Circus" singer was placed in a court-ordered conservatorship that did not come to an end until November 2021. The pop star used her memoir as an opportunity to finally tell her story in her own words and describe what that period of her life was like.

"I became a robot. But not just a robot — a sort of child-robot. I had been so infantilized that I was losing pieces of what made me feel like myself," she wrote in her memoir. "The conservatorship stripped me of my womanhood, made me into a child. I became more of an entity than a person onstage. I had always felt music in my bones and my blood; they stole that from me."

Britney Says 'The Woman In Me' Was 'Pushed Down'

After saying that she felt like "a shadow of myself," the Princess of Pop went on to write, "This is what's hard to explain, how quickly I could vacillate between being a little girl and being a teenager and being a woman, because of the way they had robbed me of my freedom. There was no way to behave like an adult, since they wouldn't treat me like an adult, so I would regress and act like a little girl; but then my adult self would step back in — only my world didn't allow me to be an adult."

"The woman in me was pushed down for a long time," she continued. "They wanted me to be wild onstage, the way they told me to be, and to be a robot the rest of the time. I felt like I was being deprived of those good secrets of life — those fundamental supposed sins of indulgence and adventure that make us human. They wanted to take away that specialness and keep everything as rote as possible. It was death to my creativity as an artist."

"The Woman In Me" is now available for purchase in stores and online.
