According to Page Six and TMZ, the couple separated in late February, when Soliz, an ex-convict, moved out and took all his belongings from the house he shared with Britney in Los Angeles.

And the split happened just after they were both seen together at a Jack-in-the-Box drive-thru on Valentine's Day. For that date, Britney, 43, and Soliz, 38, had an informal dinner with the children of Paul Richard, who fathered at least three different mothers.

Earlier that month, Britney was also spotted with two of Soliz's children at an amusement park in California's San Fernando Valley while he took another of his children to the dentist. Reports indicate that Britney developed a very close relationship with Soliz's children, who live in different homes.

The source added that Britney spent a lot of time with Trystan, 10, Dylan, eight, and Nicholas 'Sonny', six, who are in Soliz's custody.

"They are always playing and fill their home with life and joy, something they needed so much. Their house is now full of love," the report states.

However, this is not the first time that Spears has broken up with her partner. In July 2024, the singer announced her breakup with Soliz, arguing that she felt he was taking advantage of the singer's fortune.
