The Wanted have insisted they were only being honest when it came to their recent comments about Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.
The boyband caused something of a stir recently by branding Xtina a "total b***h" before claiming they were forced to turn away as Britney passed by them at a gig in Manchester.
Britney's people were quick to claim the story was 'false' and warn Lady GaGa to stay well away.
But the boys are adamant they were telling the truth, although they admitted that some of their remarks might have been misconstrued.
Speaking to the Metro, Jay McGuiness explained that it was "some pushy security" that had forced them to face the wall when they were supporting Ms Spears, and described Britney herself as "so friendly."
The Wanted are holding firm when it comes to Christina though. Jay told the paper: "We unanimously think that Christina lacks any kind of courtesy or manners or respect for people performing for her on the day.Â
"And we're not the only ones that say it. She's had run-ins with so many people."
Jay continued: "On a first impression basis as a person I would say I dislike Christina Aguilera. When we met Britney she was so friendly. Very innocent. The dude that told Siva to turn around was some pushy security."
However, while most stars make it big "because they are nice", Jay reckons Xtina might be the 'exception' to the rule.
He added: "We're not b***h-slapping everyone. We're just honest. We're not trying to make friends."
It seems Lady GaGa has nothing to worry about because band member Tom Parker insisted he would "happily stay away" from the Poker Face hitmaker.
