Earlier this month, Britney Spears premiered the music video for the Twister Dance Remix of âTill the World Ends.â While the clip featured some of the song's revamped production, Spears has released the full-length version of the new remix to iTunes today. The remix features Britney's original version of âWorldâ with some industrial updates.
âPeople, the #TillTheWorldEndsTwisterRemix is on iTunes today. How HOT is this?!â Spears wrote on Twitter about the remix's debut.
The Twister Dance Remix of âTill the World Endsâ opens with a robotic voice announcing the tune's title then it goes into the product's catchphrase by repeating ârock the spots,â a line Spears fiercely delivers in the video. Britney gets in on the action, declaring: âThis the Twister Remix,â over a harder and dubstep-influenced sound. It then becomes a familiar listen as the original version of âWorldâ plays with the robot chiming it every now and then with a scattered âTwister Remix.â Producer Dr. Luke enlisted Cirkut to re-imagine the song's breakdown that now features more industrial and sped-up production.
âTill the World Endâ reached No. 3 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart last year after Spears featured Nicki Minaj and song co-writer Ke$ha on The Femme Fatale Remix. This latest Twister Dance reincarnation of âWorldâ will definitely stir up interest again in the apocalyptic standout track from 2011's Femme Fatale album.
When Spears isn't rocking the spots for Twister, she can be seen as a judge on the second season of FOX's The X Factor.
