Britney Spears fans told to 'start saving' as she's set for huge Las Vegas residency

Britney Spears could be returning to Las Vegas

There could be a huge shake-up to the Las Vegas residency scene, according to reports.

Rumours are buzzing that pop icon Britney Spears may be set for her epic return to the stage and another swing at the residency life. It would mark her first performance in over a decade after her last dazzling stint in 2013 with 'Britney: Piece of Me' at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.

Scott Roeben of Vital Vegas has hinted: "Caesars Entertainment needs to fill its Adele gap now that her residency is done. There are big revenue shoes to fill, and there's clearly a lot of pent-up demand. The hint is already picking up steam in the Britney online groups, and even a hint she'll be back has sparked a lot of excitement."

Britney Spears has been turning heads too, recently igniting the internet with a sultry pose in a yellow bikini for a sizzling video and sharing an enigmatic message about being 'consumed in sadness'.

Scott previously sent fans on social media into overdrive by teasing: "You wouldn't believe it if we told you, so just leaving this here," accompanied by a snapshot of the superstar herself?

Moreover, The Mirror US claimed that while a venue is yet to be confirmed, Britney isn't expected to grace the stage at the Sphere. Instead, it seems Caesars' might entice the Britney Army. With a track record of sussing out huge Vegas shows, including Lady Gaga, Celine Dion, Garth Brooks, and Katy Perry, Roeben's artful tease has left fans riding a wave of high anticipation.

One excited fan exclaimed: "Oh my goodness if this is real I swear I'm saving my coins and attending," to which Vital Vegas confidently responded: "Start saving."

Britney Spears was previously lined up for a Las Vegas residency in 2019 titled 'Britney Spears: Dominate', but the series of performances were cancelled, with her team citing her need to focus on personal matters. When Britney later took legal steps concerning her conservatorship, she claimed that she had been pressured into agreeing to the shows under the condition that she would be allowed to see her children.

Given the previous controversy, some fans are expressing concern over her potential comeback. One fan voiced their apprehension, saying: "Let this woman live her life, finally. Didn't she officially retire? You seriously want her back on stage in Vegas? She HATED every second of it and was basically a slave while performing."
